  worst hotel ever only thing that made thw holiday enjoyable was leaving this place !!! sun lounges broken, a family we met insisted non slip stuff would be put near the pool because kids were slipping and they were doing nothing !!! food was poor the room wasn’t cleaned once no night time entertainment, mold around the pools

  Stayed 10 nights to many horrible non speaking English staff bed bugs nobody cleaning the rooms no clean towels bathrooms filthy don't go here changed rooms 3 times everyone changed at least once

  There was mold all over the bathroom, and many things were broken – including the toilet and shower. The air conditioning did not work properly; it was dirty, clogged, and moldy inside. The food was very limited, and everything felt cheap. There were very few hot dishes, the only positive thing was a decent amount of vegetables. There was almost no fruit, only watermelon occasionally, but never for breakfast – only sometimes in the evening. The food was always the same. Drinks were served in unattractive, tiny 0.2 l plastic cups, and only beer or wine was available. They would not pour you more, simply because they didn’t want to. At breakfast outside, there was no coffee or tea available – you had to go back inside the dining room, where they served it in small cups that burned your hand, so I had to take three at a time. Cleaning was done only once, and the bedding was also changed just once. I had to ask for towels and go pick them up myself, as they were not replaced daily. Toilet paper was also missing, and I had to go and get it myself. The waterslides were turned on only for two hours a day, and sometimes not at all. Overall, the hotel is cutting costs on absolutely everything.

  AVOID AVOID AVOID. PLEASE READ. DO NOT BOOK. Well where to start, we had a 2 hour delay so when we got there at around 2 am our room was not ready so when we was met by the very rude manager who just said sit no rooms. But then a Turkish family came got booked in straight away.So when they did get us a room we got told it was an upgrade (dread to think what our original room looked like) The room was not cleaned was mold all over there lights hanging out of the ceiling the balcony door was broken and ashtrays full of cig butts ( we don't smoke!!!) The fridge stunk was full of something that was split and rotten and did not work. Went to complain the next day to be told to wait and just got ignored and when we spoken to the rude aggressive and arrogant manager he was not over bothered. After my partner demanded another room they showed us another room and when we opened the balcony door we was shocked to see hut's full of chickens and cock's and it stunk.We told them we wanted another room and still staff was rude aggressive and ignorant.We finally got a room in the actual hotel, moldy, dirty and smelt of sewage as the shower did not drain after the shower was used, the hair dryer was exposing its wires the floors was full of rust and mold. Nobody cleans your room we was there a week also no clean towels are given and nobody speaks English and they are just rude and ignorant when you ask for anything, no soap either. Its just basic cleanliness but that definitely was not a priority!!!!FOOD well just don't eat it as there was more fly's then food and you was pushed out of the was by the Russian's who was very rude, food got took off an English woman's plate as she took more then 3 pancakes!!!! The dining area was disgusting nothing was cleaned but the staff just stood about on there phones. The pool was full of green mold and algae the steps to the slide are rusty and broken and fallen apart very unsafe. The all inclusive drinks was very small plastic cups and it was white wine or red wine or beer, But they ran out of beer so when my partner asked when was it coming back on he got shouted at and then staff tried to intimidate him and did that for the rest of our holiday. We was being watched and talked about and they stud behind us talking about us in Turkish was a awful experience. Every English person we met was treated the same we was moved rooms 3 times and so was everyone else we spoke to. So please don't waste your money avoid at all cost. We read the reviews and thought it can't be that bad. WELL TRUST ME IT IS !!!!!Love holidays have removed this hotel from there sight. It needs closing down ASAP.I could go on forever but hopefully this will help other's please believe every review on hear.

  I went with my cousin for 5 days and I have so much to unpack from this experience. We arrive at the hotel and the look at the hotel, it looks absolutely vile! So on our first night we arrive at 3am tired from our travels, and they tell us that they don’t have an eco room available (which we’d payed and booked for in advance) so they tell us to come back in the morning and put us up in a standard room which had damp and mouldy walls, plug sockets were a borderline endangerment, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, poo on walls by toilet, luckily the next day they gave us a semi decent room.Staff barely spoke english and we had to use google translate to get anything through to them. Food is atrocious and has no labels, if you have any fussy kids or are fussy yourself this is not the hotel for you.The russian tourists were incredibly rude and would shove to get to where they wanted and staff did nothing about this. All inclusive is a shocker of a phrase to this hotel as they only give you really cheap wine or beer, no spirits or anything.The beach was ridiculous, it was simply a slither of a walkway which barely fit anyone in and you had to pay to use the bar there even though it was supposedly part of the hotel!Cleaners don’t even clean they occasionally give you fresh towels and just put bleach in your toilets, no beds made or sheets changed all weekThey’re money grabbing and will do anything to scam you. Absolutely appalling place and a disgusting insult to 3 star hotels!!!!
