    My first/worst experience in Turkey

    My friend bought a good price trip to Beldibi Asia hotel at the tourist fair on the recommendation of a tour operator. It was her third time traveling to Turkey. In previous years she had good experience and she was very pleased with the hotels. Also then, the travel company offered her 3 * hotels, though they were in a slightly different city. The tour operator is a well-known company and my friend had no doubts about booked hotel. I joined the travel plan a little bit later and also did not start researching the hotel, because my friend's previous experience in Turkey was very pleasant and we trusted the travel company suggestions. After the trip I read many comments about Asia Hotel, and basically some of them correspond one to one to our experience. At the same time, we seem to have done well compared to some guests. We arrived at the hotel practically at midnight, immediately received our room, which was on the fourth floor with a view of the mountains. We were given a 3-person room which meant we had a bit more room. Shower, air conditioning, tv, small fridge - everything worked.On the hotel website All Inclusive package included catering service, which in the context of this hotel meant meals at specific times, meanwhile the dining room doors were shut. This was not the biggest problem either, with the heat and on beach vacation you do not want to eat much. Unfortunately, during that time there was at least one morning where the cottage cheese, butter and cheese smelled and tasted very unpleasant. It seems they didn't have proper storage conditions.The fact that the rooms were not cleaned every day was not a problem in itself either. You always had to tell the front desk when you wanted room cleaning. We ordered cleaning once. Cleaning, in their terms, seemed to mean adjusting the bedspread and emptying the trash. The floor, both in the room and in the shower room, was not cleaned and towels were not changed, although we just mentioned that specifically. We had to mention 3 x at the reception that we wanted new towels. We also had to ask for toilet paper several times before getting a new roll. We booked a trip to Antalya for a concert through the hotel guide for one evening. We knew we would get back to the hotel at midnight, so we ordered a lunchbox instead of dinner so we would have something to eat when we got back. We didn't get this box ..., but we got very unpleasant attitude from administrator.For some reason, when I was at the hotel, I felt that guests were a big hassle for the hotel staff. We rarely met a smile from the hotel staff there.I have traveled a lot on motorbikes, in many countries in Europe, but also in Georgia, Russia, Altai, Kazakhstan. We are used to simple circumstances, we never have high demands on accommodation. We have lived in very basic accommodation and this has never been a problem for us because we have always had the feeling that we were welcome there. Unfortunately, this feeling did not occur in the Asia Hotel.If you read the hotel administration's replies to some of the guests' reviews, you will have a good idea of the culture of service there On the positive side, we highlight the Hamami in the hotel and the professional masseuses Halid and Meti.The most memorable of this week was a little shop on the same street with the hotel, Evren Market, which was open 24 hours. It was small, but everything we needed was there. We most liked the attitude of the family to their customers. We were always welcomed with an open smile, and were always recommended something good. There was never anything forced upon us. We went to the sea every morning at 6 o'clock and every morning the grandfather/shopkeeper greeted us with a big smile in front of the store. It was really lovely :)If we had felt from the Asia hotel staff that we were welcome there then some of these inconveniences would not have been a big problem and our feedback would be higher and better, but for now we are giving very low points to the catering and service.We also talked about our impressions with our travel agent. We very much hope they do not add this hotel to their recommendation list anymore.Before planning a trip, please always read reviews of the accomodations by the Trip advisor or booking.com to avoid unplesantries. 587zafer, Genel Müdür at Asia Hotel, responded to this review Hi. Thanks for your ideas.Firstly you bought Economic otel. And our otel and all services are wonderful near the money which you paid. About lunch box: if you dont want to pay for your food, l will not pay also. We have food times and öpen buffet in our otel. İf you are outside at those times you must buy something for you for eat. Why l must care about it!!! Somebody pays 10 euro and wants service like paid 100 euro. We know people like this and like you!!!

    The worst hotel ever, very unhealthy and dirty

    The staff were rude, food was crap, room was discusting and it stunk bathroom was discusting,dirty towels no toilet paper. The soft drinks were not available all day only lunch time 1hr and dinner 1hr, no alcohol apart from crap wine or whatever it was.Paid for 7 nights our keys were taken on the 6th night, they lied to us and told us transfer bus is coming early but waited hours at night at reception with our luggage.No English speaking. We had to pay extra everday for the fridge, the safe the internet. I highly DO NOT recommend this terrible hotel. My overall rating for this hotel is minus 3 zeros

    If you are English and thinking of going to this hotel please don’t. It’s terrible! It’s mainly for Russians. Run by men, no women and therefore well below standard. It’s dirty and a dump!! All inclusive is ridiculous. Mealtimes are only 1 hour. They do not serve fish or meat at meal times. Spaghetti and pasta served cold. No knives in cutlery tray. One staff member stands on guard at all times watching what you have. One Russian visitor told us not to eat any of the salad because of the way it was washed. Said we would have an upset stomach if we did. Non of the equipment, juice machine, coffee machine etc have been cleaned and they place washed cups repeatedly back on an unwashed tray. Drinks are just Fanta and sprite and I watched a barman pick up one bottle and drink from it before placing it back to be used. Unused food recycled for at least 3 days. The wine is watered down in a large serving jug. The bathroom was a health hazard. The edges of the room and shower were black having not been cleaned properly. No clean sheets or towels offered in 9 day stay. Room not cleaned. They obviously have no idea what a mop and bucket is for. It does not even qualify for 1 star in our opinion. Even the local shopkeepers shook their heads and said ‘bad’ when we said where we were staying. Pool beds were old and dirty. Should not be listed on any website as a suitable hotel.     I have no seen ever such the absurd in the hotel,horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!team is even dangerous, they damaged my dresses,and i needed to apply to police.food does not go even for dogs!!!!!!i got stomach problems,vodka they gave poisoned any compensation of them!!!And they call all inclusive, nothing there is included!!!!!!They just counted dollars!!!Moreover the beach is only on stones, if you want to die , go to Kemer, I returned all blue, will apply to international rights!!!!Horrible!!!!
