Location

The hotel is located in the old town, in a beautiful area of the city, steeped in a warm, peaceful and friendly atmosphere. Links to the public transport network, the bus station and Hadrianus Gate are all within a kilometre radius of the hotel. Antalya Airport is approximately 12 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 36 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

    There are better options than Hotel Aspen

    Hotel Aspen is another hotel where the photos don't match reality. This is a tired property in need of some updating. Our room was small and the bathroom was depserate for a redo. The breakfast was servicable but nothing to talk about.Its best feature is it's location in the Kaleici area of town. It provides easy walking in all directions and is not too far from the airport tram. Would I stay here again, No.

    Clean comfortable friendly easy access to tavernas beach shopsThis hotel is a gem beautiful ottoman style Friendly staff clean in all areas Daily maid service Free safe and air con Breakfast was traditional no full English but plenty of choice no need to go hungry Pool area small but clean and never over crowded Comfy beds lovely hot shower Rooms are small but ok as we just literally slept and showered there Only slight dislike no balcony Also next door to a nightclub which played music until 2-3am which was a bit annoying but we got used to it and it wasn’t every night

    Aspen hotel staff are very helpful and friendly they can’t do enough for you great atmosphere Are transfer was by small bus the driver friendly and helpful just took a bit of time to find the right bus at night time even after asking couple of reps The hotel is dated and the room was small but very clean . The shower room was tight and you can easy knock the shower head off spraying water every where however u just shower and sleep there Our room back on to entertainment so music to the early hours but you are on holiday The entrance is a cobbled Street to it and a bit slippy in areas when wearing flip flops Hotel is in good location and has loads of places to eat drink and buy gifts and beaches within walking distance Just check for prices or ask first but so much choiceIf you like cats they wonder round the hotel will join you when having food they wonder round the area of Antalya Lots of choice at breakfast time and nice food The pool area is again small and the pool is freezing but nice area to chat to other guess and have drinks If you ask the staff you can get fresh towels every day to take to the beach We feel it was valve for money and would come back again

    The Aspen is in a good location in the old town, close to the harbour and many restaurants. It's only about a ten minute walk to the town in Antalya should you wish to explore and do a little shopping, but be warned, the whole area is extremely 'hilly' so may prove a problem if you have difficulty with your mobility.The hotel itself is very nice, rooms are a bit on the small side though but if you only intend to sleep there and get changed for your next daily adventure they are definitely adequate. The rooms are of a good standard and are cleaned every day, which is a nice bonus. There is a lovely courtyard area within the grounds, perfect if you would like to sit and relax, maybe if you're lucky one of the resident cats will let you stroke them, they have attitude but are harmless. The pool and surrounding area are quite small, but this is a minor gripe as many hotels in the area do not have a pool at all.All staff are incredibly friendly and willing to do anything to help you. I don't normally eat breakfast when on holiday, but the breakfast was so amazing that I ate every day. an amazing spread with a multitude of choices.Would definitely stay at the Aspen again.

    Centrally located hotel in the old town district of Antalya.Rooms are nice and clean with ACBreakfast was very good and fillingStaff were very friendly and helpfulPlenty of cats in the hotel and we liked to feed them at breakfast timeLocation is great for exploring the beach and the centre of AntalyaPlease be aware that the streets in the old town are steep in places and cobbled and not suitable for disabled people.
