    1: The distance from the airport to the hotel was far. Transfer journey to the hotel, we were told 2 hours but it took 5hours.it felt like driving from London to the north.2: When we reached to the hotel at 12:40am the man at reception was not welcoming, we were not offered a bottle of water or a sandwich after having a long journey. There was no kettle in our room to make a drink, the fridge had 2 miniature water cups but the fridge didn't seem cold enough. Temperature 37 degrees you should not have to ask for a drink of water it should be given on arrival.3: No lighting along the corridor.4: We were on the 4th floor the lift broke down my mum has a knee impairment there were no handrails to assist her to get up and down the stairs she was restricted to the room because she has a fear of falling. It was clear to see that the lift was old, and some parts of the hotel was dated.5: People smoke in restaurants, rooms, reception,balcony there are no restrictions therefore there is no equality you should not have to inhale nicotine having a meal.6: On the way to breakfast there was a make shift ramp to get to the restaurant area where the breakfast was being served. This is very dangerous because there is no rail or nothing to hold onto. My mother had to hold onto me to get up and down the make shift ramp.Overall, it was a relaxing holiday as there was a lovely beach literally on the hotel grounds (the sea was a bit rough), the pool on the grounds was nice. There was lots of salad and fruit to choose from but the food was average.

    Perfect Hotel and Amazing View

    My first impression was perfect. When I arrive to hotel I met with mr. Nurulah. He was very kindly and friendly. When you go there you can meet directly with him. He is front office manager in that hotel. Anyway I went to Alanya from Amsterdam city. I am so glad to this accomodation. Highly recommended.

    My friend and I have just been visiting Azak Beach hotel. We were traveling with SunCharter, and it was very good. The service at the hotel was 5 stars, we were celebrating my friends birthday, and the hotel made a surprise for her, with a song and cake.

    Amazing hotelWe came from UK (liverpool).We first time come this but we so much liked and enjoyed.because so much close to kleopatra beach close the center close everywhere super location hotel and very friendly staffs and serves specialy from turkish hamam massage therapist Sandra professional massage therapist
