    Worst Hotel Ever

    rating22 Jan 2026

Single handedly the worst hotel I ever went to. There was no electricity and running water, the toilet would not even flush! The staff would laugh at us when we complained and were completely unhelpful. They wouldn't even help you take luggage, and charged us for Wi-Fi. When we complained to Booking.com with multiple other hotel residents at the time they did not even respond to it and of course never gave us our money back.

    Worst experience

    rating18 Oct 2025

First of all the hotel staff barely speaks any english at all so it's really hard to communicate with them about any occuring errors, and if you tell them about said errors they are just made faces. The food is horrible everything is either burnt down, tasteless and the same for a whole week. For the one week period we were here the tables in the diner weren't cleaned not one time! I was looking at that one dirty spot for weeks. The room is dirty too the ac looks like something straight out of a horror movie, if you'd turn it on you'd get instant pneumonia, the door to the balcony doesn't work properly you can barely even open it. You have to pay 10 euros for the Wi-Fi and still it doesn't even work properly. And if this wasn't enough there's literal dirt on the walls and mold in the bathroom, you doesn't really get hot water only if you take a shower early in the morning.

    Worst ever hotel

Well what can I say I have never been to a more disgusting hotel, I am far from posh or fussy but this was the lowest I have ever been to the staff very rude apart from the man on a night tried his best but still not a lot he could do the rooms are dirty run down the toilet was coming off the wall diet on the floor wardrobe doors hanging off and that was the first room our second was slightly better but not much tv was broken off the stand and resting against the window took 4 days to come and look at it lamps didn't work light in bathroom was broke left over wash cloths in the shower the shower head was off the wall so couldn't have a proper shower only clea ed if asked and still didnt happen, the food was well first come first served and once its gone it was gone tables not cleaned coffee machine hardly worked, no butter for bread, and no snacks at the pool bar as it stated, drinks water larger and wine not much of an all inclusive at all 7 euro for a vodka at the bar outside which was open for about 1 hr, the pool area small not many beds and what was there was broken floor broke and old needs to be closed and everything repaired the corridors to the rooms look like a building site but without the work, when we tried to complain about anything they said it would be done but didn't do a thing stay away at all cost don't waste your money

Worse than Pontins like a hostel

    rating02 Oct 2025

On arrival at the hotel the whole building was tired and dirty looking inside. After being shown to room on 4th floor up stairs (no lift) I found there was no toilet roll so I went back down to reception and asked for one.The bathroom looked dirty but hard to tell how dirty as very worn and had been patched up. I was dubious about if the bed had clean bedding there was no top sheet only a bottom sheet and top blanket which looked soiled. On my first morning I was awoken at 0840 (0640 UK time) by ‘housekeeping’ a lady and a maintenance man who started fiddling with my kettle then left. I asked the housekeeping lady for a top sheet she confirmed what I was asking. But when I returned to my room after lunch there wasn't one- I found one myself on a trolley in the corridor. On the plus side thematress was comfortable though to small for the bed frame.I found a cup full of cigarettes on my balcony and a used make up wipe on the bathroom floor.2 TV remotes neither had batteries.Room cleaning was only on request so on Mon when I ran out of toilet roll I again raided the trolley myself. No cleaning service yet in Turkey toilet paper isn't flushable so all paper has to go in a waste bin. Also on Monday the toilet by the pool ran out of toilet paper. I asked at the bar but the lady didn't t understand me but the entertainment man did. They laughed and said they would ask. Tuesday still no toilet paper by the pool. Wednesday still no toilet paper by the pool.By the pool there was quite a pleasant view of mountains but there was not enough sunbeds (35 inc. broken ones) for the amount of guests and many of them were too broken to use.All inclusive drinks were 1000- 2200 but it was coffee, black tea various squashes, lemonade, cold, orangeade, beer, wine (by the pool - wed the cola ran out). That was all. In the restaurant there was no beer, no wine and no Cola. There was a kettle in the room but no tea/coffee supplies. There is no bottled water provided like previous all inclusive hotels I've used have had. Luckily I had an empty Pepsi bottle.Mealtimes tables weren't cleaned and you had to hunt down your own cutlery. I saw one waiter drying some cutlery out of a bucket and into a tray. There were chunks of meat in with this ‘clean’ cutlery. There was little to choose from with food and no food was hot. Barely tepid. On Tuesday there were some freshly made pancakes at breakfast and something like pakoras at the snack bar by the pool. This was the highlight of the week. Otherwise I lived on cold potatoes, cold pasta (these were meant to be hot but just weren't) and bread (never any butter) - I saw that all the uneaten bread was being collected by the waiters and put on their trolley and not disposed of with the other food waste - who knows what happened to that! Any food not eaten was served up at the next meal on the salad bar including chips! Plastic cups were wet suggesting they were being rinsed out and used again which was disturbing because they were being collected and put in the food waste bin.The air conditioning did work which was needed but it was cold or off no in between!

    Avoid at all costs

    rating30 Sept 2025

I’ll start with the positive, the pool, it was clean, cold and looked after. That’s it, there’s absolutely nothing about this place that I can say in a nice way, some of the staff are absolutely lovely, but others look so down and are rude, but then I witnessed them being shouted at most days due to the state of the rooms or how bad the food is. The food, it’s not food, it’s slop, anything left from the night before goes back out the next day, it’s absolutely vile. We ate out everyday. The drinks, there’s one beer tap, runs out all the time, and they serve it in those tiny plastic cups that collapse. The wine, it’s vile, steer clear. The soft drinks run out all the time. Now the rooms, oh dear, we had to go and buy bleach to clean the bathroom, there was black mould everywhere, tiles were broken & missing. You have to keep asking for toilet roll. There’s no top sheet to sleep under, it’s literally a bottom sheet and 2 pillows, don’t take the pillow cases off or you won’t sleep a wink wondering what’s been on them. The whole place is dirty, it’s no where near a 3 star, it’s not even a 1 star. If you want your room cleaned you have to pay £10 each time for it to be done. The entertainment area is just dirt, there’s no entertainment, well there’s a “DJ”, but we didn’t bother after the first time venturing down there. You have to walk from there to the pool bar to get a drink, unless of course you’re willing to pay at the bar in the entertainment area. Love Holidays are a joke to get hold of whilst you’re away, don’t be fooled by the welcome meeting the next day, it’s not a rep it’s a sales man trying to rip you off for the day trips, he’ll charge you £60 for a day trip that is being sold for £17 up the road.
