Location

The hotel is located towards the west side of the popular resort of Alanya. Cleopatra Beach is roughly 600 m away. The centre of the resort with its many attractions, including shops, restaurants and bars, is 1500 m away. Antalya Airport is approximately 118 km away from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 55 suites, 3 single rooms and 274 double rooms located in a 9-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the queen-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. Guests may safely secure their valuables in a safe for an additional fee. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, satellite television and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the hotel offers beach volleyball. Alternatively, guests can try out water aerobics or, for a fee, snorkelling. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards and darts. There is a wellness area with a spa and a steam bath and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a hammam and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. A generous and varied breakfast buffet (also for early birds and late risers) provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. The hotel also offers snacks. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    You Can calmly choose Blue Star Hotel

    The location was a bit away from centrum, but it was not Long, I found out. I walked but it was possible to take the hotel bus. Most of them were nice, but their english was not so good, that I could have a conversation with them. If it was not for Furkan the guest relations Maneger, I would have change the hotel. Most of my quentions were answered by him. I travelled alone, so I had many curiosities, and he helped with them, so I actually good had a were fine time while I was here. I will give my best regards to the hotel and especially to Furkan. My room was nice and the everywere it was clean. Eventhough I stayed for two weeks, eat all my meals at the hotel, I was not sick once.     We just experienced a terrible stay at this “hotel”. I’m not sure how they can even call themselves a hotel. From the minute we arrived the reception staff were not friendly at all. The rooms are nothing like they show online it’s a scam. The rooms are dull,dark and depressing and there is no flatscreen tv like shown on booking.com. “All inclusive” more like all rubbish. There is no food for kids so don’t bother bringing them here. All the food tastes expired or that it has been sitting out for days. The food at the bar is the same every day and again it is terrible. Chips and plain pasta is all you get offered. There is no option to get any cocktails even if you want to pay. The bar staff are so so rude and sometimes they will make u the wrong drink and laugh to eachother. Constantly running out of alcohol and soft drinks too. If you thought it couldn’t get any worse, it does. There is no doors on some of the rooms beside ours and on different floors too. Beds are hard as rocks and construction workers were drilling and hammering from 3 in the morning all through to 8/9 in the morning. So you get no sleep too. Which we later found out was due to the government wanting to shut this hotel down. When we explained to the hotel manager that we were unhappy with our stay he done absolutely nothing to compensate for our bad experience. We asked if we could get a 10 minute massage on the hotel before flying as our backs were very sore from the hard beds. He said he would ask and then said they can’t do it. They can do it but they just don’t want to. He then continued to laugh in our faces when we were expressing our issues and concerns to him and told us he was losing his patience with us. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. The hotel was only 20 percent full and we can see why this is the case. The peace and comfort of our guests are our top priorities.Food and Beverage Services: Our kitchen serves fresh, high-quality, and varied menus daily, adhering to strict hygiene standards. The claim of "expired food" is in direct contradiction to our health and safety policies. Our bar concept and the beverages included are clearly outlined within the "All-Inclusive" package provided to guests upon arrival.Management and Staff Conduct: Our Hotel Manager and team approach all guest concerns with a professional and solution-oriented attitude. Declining requests that fall outside of our established policies—such as a free massage—is a matter of operational rules, not a lack of professionalism. While we do not tolerate any impolite behavior from our staff, we also expect our guests to maintain a respectful tone toward our employees.At Blue Star Hotel, we take pride in hosting thousands of satisfied guests throughout the season.
