  The hotel is relatively clean and maintains an acceptable level of hygiene. Its location is also fairly good, with reasonable access to nearby areas. The food quality is decent and generally satisfactory.However, the main drawback of this hotel is the rooms. The bedrooms have very poor sound insulation, and even the slightest noise from neighboring rooms can be clearly heard, which can be quite disturbing and uncomfortable for guests.Overall, despite some positive aspects, I would not recommend this hotel—especially for families or those traveling with children—due to the lack of proper soundproofing in the rooms.   Overall good apart from reception staff

  General hotel staff was nice apart from the front desk reception staff were very rude and arrogant with no customer service whatsoever, also the cleaners cleaned my room and an outfit went missing and trying to speak to the reception staff we were greeted with dirty looks and nothing was done about it.   Our second stay – unfortunately not as good

  We stay at Blue Wave Suite Hotel 23/10–30/10 2025.This was our second stay at this hotel. We decided to return because our first experience was very good, but unfortunately this visit did not meet the same standard.When we arrived late at night around 1:00 a.m., no extra bed, blanket, or pillow had been prepared for the fourth person, even though the booking clearly stated four guests. We had to share three blankets and pillows the first night, and when we asked for help at the reception, we were met with a rude attitude.Before our trip, we were not informed that the hotel’s quiet area had been demolished and that a large construction project was taking place right next to the hotel. This caused a lot of noise and disturbance during the day and made it difficult to relax. It was a big disappointment, especially since we chose this hotel for its previously peaceful atmosphere.During our stay, we also noticed that the service and routines were not working as they should. Cleaning was inconsistent — we often received only two towels even though we were four people, and we had to ask daily for toilet paper.The children’s activities and shows frequently started at least 30 minutes late without any information, which caused disappointment and wasted time. My son even waited for the dart activity that never started.Some of the staff were unfortunately unfriendly and not very helpful. In addition, there were several cats roaming the hotel area, and one of them bit my daughter on our second night. This was both unpleasant and worrying.We shared our concerns with the staff and guide during our stay, but the issues were not resolved.We truly hope the management takes these comments seriously and improves the routines, attitude, communication, and safety for future guests. We still like the hotel and its facilities, but this time the overall experience was far below what we expected — especially as returning guests.   This place is a hit and miss. I wouldn't stay here again though.

  Rooms in the main hotel are smaller but convenient, you have a lift to come to the food court and swimming pool and of course main entrance (we didnt purchase those rooms) Outside near the main pool area on the right hand side (please see anyone's YouTube clips for the economy and standard rooms) there is a a set of stairs to an Underpass leading to rest of hotel and many more stairs (I think about 4/5 buildings) rooms are bigger but very long walk. Also there is a small pool with a mini bar. Please Google map Migros supper market across the road, above that is blue suite hotel and the rest of the hotel builders are there (where we stayed)Hotel location is very good and every monday Oba market (please haggle and not everything is worth the price) All staff are very nice apart from 2 of the receptionist. A tall girl with a mini skirt and blonde hair, rude girl and a guy that's also along with her that's rude and smokes like a chimney and just wants to say "impossible" any chance he gets. Them both need retraining in how to speak to paying customers or need to leave their job! Shanaj is absolutely lovely and she helped us change our room from the hotel room that was above Migros, the generator from the shop and the hotel swimming pool generator was too noisy and had no balcony and very dark and gloomy there.Food was lovely and as expected repetitive. Lounge needs a fan the ac doesn't cover as all doors are open. The Mattresses are spring they need to be turned over every 6 months (which they haven't been) so you may get a backache. Pools are cold so that's another reason to get a backace and long distance walk to the main hotel all this is not good for people that have disabilities. This place is a hit and miss.
