    I booked the caprice appart hotel alanya 9-12 june 19 with travel republic , we were on a 2 week holiday to side but wanted to see alanya again it was 4 years since we were last there. we walked around for 30 mins trying to find it . then a taxi driver told me it had changed its name to the kings hotel, when we went to check in we were told are booking was made with the caprice name and we would need to pay them if we wanted to stay, I contacted travel republic and they put my money back on my card ,if you want to stay at this hotel you need to book with the name king or kings hotel ,it looks a nice place for the money in a good location for shops,east and west beach , and you can now use the chair lift to go up to the top of the old fort £3 to go up and back down , foods still cheap ,beer 20tl a pint and its still hot

    Barely any cleaning. Owners are extremely rude and does not pay staff! You must buy your own toilet paper. Ac and wifi not included (unlike advertised) The place almost got shut down because of unpaid electrical bills during our stay. I honestly hoped it was going to happen

    We was 2 girls coming to alanya for have a relaxing and fun time we stayed there for 4 weeks, we choosed caprice so that we was near centrum and that was also the only positive thing about this hotel, our first day it smelled like wet dog and the first thing we did when we came was washing dishes because it was dirty and still food on it. They were suppose to clean every 3rd day but sometimes it could go 1 week and without cleaning and change of towels and bed chlotes. She clean only the floor and it wasn't even clean smells like wet dog and our feet was black after walking there so we needed to have shoes inside. When we listed to music at 22.00 they told us to shut up but they was yelling and screaming until like 4 in the morning. The people that worked at the hotel didn't help us with anything didn't even say hello when we came they just looked tired and angry all the time. I would not even recommend my worst enemy to visit this place. The picture show how it looks when we got home and she "cleaned" the room

    Apart hotel close to harbour.

    This hotel is great if you want to be close to the city centre and harbour. The rooms are big and you can get a great view if you ask for top floor. The only thing is the hotel really needs a renovation. And the cleaning lady needs to learn how to clean the floors! just walking around on the floors your feet get black! But nice staff, good price and close to city.

    I liked this hotel. The staff was very friendly. The pool was nice. Food at the pool area was okey. and the prices of drinks and food in the hotel was good. The rooms where clean and big. very nice balcony. I had a view over the ocean. very nice. Good location, walking distance to city centre. Nice beds and nice shower. get a room high up for good view. maybe i will go back to this hotel again.
