I believe we stepped into the 2026 winner of the cleanest hotel in Turkey. A humble hotel but with all the amenities that you need for a stay. The staff is friendly, really friendly, a quality that is endangered in the hospitality industry. Not far from the town centre that can sometimes feel a bit - plastic. I would truly recommend this place as a stay over.

Perfect Place to stay in a beautiful little town

My wife and I stayed here for a weeks holiday, meeting up with my brother and his wife. It was a perfect place to stay. The rooms are simple and small but, given we spent most of our time exploring the town, walking the trails and visiting other sites, this was not an issue. The location itself is also perfect, a very short walk into the town centre, a small pebble beach and the harbour. The terrace on the top floor has a fantastic view, is well shaded and has plenty of space to relax. Every morning we were served a fantastic and generous traditional Turkish breakfast including a wide range of dishes that changed slightly every day. The hosts, Muammer and Sefer were extremely helpful and very welcoming. We were able to arrange a transfer to Dalaman Airport with them, a days kayaking trip to a sunken archeological site as well as incidental help and advice over the week.If we are ever back in Kas this is where we will be staying. My husband and I and friends stayed for two nights, in the Pansion Caretta, we were given such a welcoming arrival! The typical Turkish breakfast was wonderful! On the roof top, enjoyed the typical buscuits, at breakfast!! Very strategic position for day trips to the Greek Islands, and the rooms were very clean with balcony and air conditioning!! We would highly advise this Pansion, and we would like to say thanks to the wonderful mother !! and all the family !! Excellent place to stay in Kas the owner Muammer is very welcoming and friendly and makes you feel right at home. Beautiful views of the city from the Terrace. Lovely warm welcome at the Caretta Pansiyon, Kaş. Great location for the front & restaurants without going up too many hills. Rooms are small but functional, the highlight is the wonderful Turkish breakfast on the roof terrace with fantastic views out to sea. Definitely recommend this place.
