  If your a person of colour avoid this hotel. They are racist bad! Loads of states, pointing photos being taken. Staff staring and laughing. Full of rude tourists from Russia and so on.   Dovolenka v Caretta Relax

  Hotel z vonku pôsobil skromne no vo vnutri bol pekný a celkom moderný a čistý. Každý deň sa o to starali. O našej izbe sa to až tak povedať nedá, celkom jednoduchá menšia miestnosť s malou TV v ktorej boli len kanály po Turecky. Mali sme izbu pre dvoch (pár) a postele boli oddelené, museli sme si ich spojiť. Izba špinavá nebola no našli sme tam mravcov. Mali sme izbu na 5. poschodí pod strechou. Bez klímy by tam bolo strašne horúco, na nevydržanie. Kúpelňa bola pekná, dostačujúca. Upratovačka chodila upratovať každý deň, priniesla jednu flašku 1.5l vody, ktorá pre dve osoby nestačila. Všetky bazény v hoteli boli čisté a pekné, bola tam čistá osviežujúca voda a 3 tobogány. No uvítal by som aj možnosť večerného kúpania, kedže o 19:00 sa bazény zatvárali. Čo sa týka jedla v hoteli tak to bolo pre nás asi najväčšie mínus dovolenky. Bol tam veľmi malý výber medzinarodných jedál. Kto nie je zvyknutý na Tureckú a Ruskú kuchyňu tak mu to asi chutiť nebude. No najesť sa dalo, hladný sme neboli ale nevychutnali sme si to jedlo až tak. Jesť sa dalo isť iba v určitých hodinách a to ráno na obed a večer ak sme nestihli napríklad raňajky museli sme čakať kým sa zase reštaurácia otvorí. Vždy keď sa reštaurácia otvorila tak tam vbehla kopa netrpezlivých a hladných ľudí, niektorí sa vážne nevedia správať. Na niektoré jedla ako vajcia, či grilované mäso sme museli stáť v dlhom rade. Káva tam bola len z automatu. Za skutočnou kávou sme museli isť do kaviarne mimo hotela. Personál hotela bol veľmi milí až na jednú výnimku, pána, ktorý vydával osušky ten bol veľmi drzí a nepríjemný. Anglicky tam nehovorí nikto. Pláž bola ďalšie mínus a sklamanie našej dovolenky. Pri hoteli bola pláž kamienková. O poriadok sa tam nestará nikto a lehátka boli skoro rozpadnuté. Do mora odporúčam obuv. Hneď prvý deň som si tam porezal nohu o kamene. Pláž bola oveľa krajšia priamo v Alanyi. Aj napriek všetkému hotel nehodnotím ako zlú voľbu pre menej náročných ľudí. The hotel looked modest from the outside, but inside it was quite nice, modern, and clean. They took good care of it every day. However, the same cannot be said about our room—it was a simple, smaller space with a small TV that only had Turkish channels. We had a room for two (a couple) and the beds were separated, so we had to push them together. The room wasn’t dirty, but we did find ants there. We had a room on the 5th floor under the roof. Without air conditioning, it would have been unbearably hot. The bathroom was nice and adequate. The cleaner came every day and brought one 1.5-liter bottle of water, which wasn’t enough for two people. All the hotel’s pools were clean and nice, with fresh water and three water slides. However, I would have appreciated the option of evening swims, as the pools closed at 7:00 PM.As for the food at the hotel, it was probably the biggest downside of our vacation. There was a very limited selection of international dishes. If you’re not used to Turkish or Russian cuisine, you probably won’t enjoy it much. You could eat, and we weren’t hungry, but we didn’t really enjoy the food. Meals were available only at certain times: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If we missed breakfast, we had to wait until the restaurant reopened. Whenever the restaurant opened, a crowd of impatient and hungry people rushed in—some people didn’t know how to behave properly. For certain dishes like eggs or grilled meat, we had to stand in long lines. Coffee was only available from a machine; for real coffee, we had to go to a café outside the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly except for one person, the man who handed out towels—he was very rude and unpleasant. No one spoke English there.The beach was another downside and disappointment of our vacation. The beach by the hotel was pebble-strewn. No one took care of garbage, and the loungers were almost falling apart. I recommend wearing footwear in the sea; on the first day, I cut my foot on stones. The beach was much nicer directly in Alanya. Despite everything, I wouldn’t rate the hotel as a bad choice for less demanding guests.

  This is perfect budged choice for families. The best things: near the sea, free snack bar on the beach, friendly and very proffesional staff, everyday cleaning, free 1,5l water bottle at the minibar everyday (so you do not need to buy bottled water), good and fresh food with local meals. Patisserie bar (cafe) where you can find real bean coffee and sweets for free and its indide with air conditioning! Restaurant staff are really doing their best for the guests. Greetings to shef Emin!Minuses: a bit slow working elevator, open air dining area in which during the hotest months are really hot and not so comfortable to eat, polish and russian tourists (but its nothing about hotel). But, if you accept that you are in 4* hotel, and can take compromises to keep aleays a good mood, than its really perfect place for economy vacation.

  The worst 4 star hotel I have ever been to. Dirty plates and cutlery in the sining room, waiting 20 minutes to get a table for lunch or dinner, cups and glasses in the kids pool, dirt everywhere, beach towels changed only twice a week, cleaned room after 3 days only. horrible vacation, not recommending.

  We stayed at the hotel from 12/06/2024 to 22/06/2024. The hotel is small, the room is small, the room is cleaned daily, water is replenished with a 1.5 liter bottle (there were three of us). The beach is nearby, the entrance is gravel, later the bricks start, it does not interfere with swimming. However, often there was garbage floating next to the search, which was no longer there when swimming further. Food - breakfast is standard, on the beach from 10 o'clock - gezleme, from 11 to 12 pizza, from 12 to 16 snacks, I didn't go back to the hotel for lunch, there was enough food on the beach. Dinner is already starting here, something I've never seen before :) although I travel really often, when I was walking from the restaurant, I saw how before the opening of the canteen, people are standing in queues, after the opening of the canteen they are pushing and running, there is a feeling that they will not eat. During dinner, whenever you come, the beer is crazy, none of the hotels were like that. There was enough food for me, but the selection of fruits was very small, there were always only apples, apricots were brought when the canteen opened, they were immediately grabbed by the first ones running into the canteen with both hands and put on full plates, they didn't add more apricots, they also came with grapefruits, oranges and watermelons I still managed to taste it :) Plates and utensils are not always well washed, sometimes it was necessary to look for a clean plate, as well as dishes with chipped edges. Another interesting thing was the pool cleaner who, even though he saw people walking, still poured water on your feet, while washing the tiles next to the pool, even though you tried to go around him, he somehow turned his hose towards you and filled it. I can't say anything about animation during the day, we were on the beach, in the evening there was a mini disco and a show after it. Every second day there is a disco on the beach. In summary, if it's cheap, you can go, if you pay a lot, you'll definitely find a better option for recreation :)
