Facility

The hotel was built recently, in 2021. The hotel welcomes guests in a 9-storey building with 4 lifts and 387 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Further services include a babysitting service (for a fee), a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. A projector, a flip chart and pens and a photocopier can be found in the conference area. 3 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

Air conditioning (no extra charge) ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features of some rooms. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. A direct dial telephone, satellite television and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and include a hairdryer. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The spacious pool area, which includes 4 outdoorpools, is a great place for guests to relax and take a refreshing dip. Even on cool days, swimming is always at option at the indoor pool. Kids can splash around in one of the 2 children's pools. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles (for a fee), and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. Active guests can enjoy beach volleyball (no extra charge). Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, table tennis and darts. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Children are well looked after in the kids' club (no extra charge).

Meals

The dining area includes 3 restaurants and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. A generous and varied breakfast buffet (also for early birds and late risers) provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. The hotel also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    I had an amazing stay at Castival Hotel. Everything was exceptional from start to finish.The hotel is modern, elegant, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was always professional, friendly, and helpful, making us feel welcome from the very first moment.A special mention goes to the food experience: the buffet was outstanding, with a huge variety of high-quality international and Turkish dishes. As a chef myself, I was genuinely impressed by the level of cuisine offered in an all-inclusive resort.The pools are beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and every service is perfectly organized. The location is also excellent, close to the beach and ideal for enjoying Antalya.This hotel truly combines luxury, comfort, and authentic hospitality.Highly recommended — I will definitely come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I am surprised some holiday firms are still selling rooms at this hotel. This hotel was closed by authorities due to health and safety issues at the end of April and guests moved to other hotels. Amongst other things there was mould on room walls. Many guests complained of this. It was obvious the hotel knew they were closing. Reception staff were rude when we complained about the mould and the restaurant was obviously winding down, food was awful and choice very limited. Guests who we spoke to who had been before were very dissappointed.

The staff are attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a sincere smile.The food deserves special praise — an impressive variety of dishes, fresh fruits, seafood, and traditional Turkish desserts, all beautifully presented and delicious.     It was one of the most enjoyable hotels I’ve stayed at in Antalya. The pool area was very large and extremely clean. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Food was great, especially having coffee by the pool in the morning was wonderful. It’s definitely a place that I would love to come back to
