This hotel is wonderfully located in the tourist centre of Kemer. The beach, as well as an abundance of shops, is located in the hotel's vicinity. Antayla airport is 45 km away.

    We have just spent a week at this hotel and have has a very mixed experience. The receptionist and hotel manager speak very little English or don't want to speak to English guest which was almost rude. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We had a double room with a partial sea view, equipped with a kettle, complimentary slippers and stocked shower items. There was a tv but only had 1 English channel ( didnt go on holiday to watch TV so no big deal ). The lady that runs the spa was very welcoming and probably the friendliest person we met all week. The sauna ,steam room and turkish baths were frequently used and added a nice relaxing element to the holiday. Outside the hotel was reasonably well kept some maintenance taking place getting ready for the summer season, the pier was dismantled which meant getting into the sea for swimming meant carefully navigating the large boulders and pebbles on the beach. The beach bar only opened 10am to 6pm , the bar staff were friendly and accommodating but the all-inclusive drink selection was very limited. Only the main restaurant was open for meal times and the food choice was very repetitive. The evening entertainment was definitely focused towards the Russian and German guests which finished at 22:30 when Jan Jan's on site night club opened and drinks were not included . The area around the hotel is quite run down but the local shop owners were friendly and good for some souvenirs. The Mosque next to the hotel wasn't as loud we expected we only heard it while sat around the pool. The biggest complaint we had was the room temperature through the night the room temperature was between 27 -30 and because it wasnt classed as summer they refused to turn the air conditioning on or provide cooling fans, the receptionist and manager just laughed when we complained about the quality of sleep we had due to the heat. Overall its a shame this could have been so much better but I would not recommend this hotel to English guests.

    Whilst some of the staff were quite friendly. We did find alot that were not and in fact down right rude. There is a fella at the beach bar who was very abrupt and rude for absolutely no reason. We are a family that is always polite and friendly. However we were met with hostility by this person. He even told us that my 8 year old GrandDaughter should not be drinking alcohol. I have absolutely no idea why he would say this as she has never drank alcohol at the establishment or ever. So l took great exception to this remark!They were also speaking amongst themselves in Turkish which was obviously about us. This made us feel very uncomfortable getting served at this bar. Although there was a barman in the lounge area who was very polite, helpful and friendly. (He got me my grapefruit tonic that l liked). His name escapes me, but he was always there. The middle aged dark haired woman on reception was extremely rude and approachable, to the point of being aggressive. Again, we were always polite , so simply no need for this behaviour. I got the feeling that they did not like having British guests at this hotel, only German/ Scandinavian. Mostly all announcements were in Turkish/German. The food was mostly good but extremely repetitive and not very varied. Although it appears to be a family hotel, they did not really cater for children. i.e. no pizza or burgers. There was not always and butter/margarine packs out to go with the bread and as that was mostly all my GrandDaughter ate. It was somewhat of a problem. We had to sometimes ask for it to which it was almost hidden when passing to us. When l spoke to the man on reception about it, he said it was a luxury! I do not expect to go on holiday and have to beg for something that would normally be considered an essential at mealtimes! All in all, I'm afraid, l would not stay at this hotel ever again.
