I booked this hotel as it was viewed as a 4* but in reality it wasn't even a 1* hotel. Very disapointing with the outcome. The lobby was not exciting and welcoming neither was staff or management. The cleanliness of the hotel was really poor too and the maids were very difficult when I put the sign up for my room to be cleaned every day they said they clean every 2/3 days which I found disgusting no extra water botyles were provided in the room or extra toiletries like soap, cotton buds or cotton face pads for the bathroom . One maid sweeped just part of mine and my sons room and used tap water in a bottle to clean the floor , no detergent no floor cleaner nothing. The bathroom wasnt cleaned to a good standard either. The breakfast wasnt even any good either when we went for breakfast there was hardly anything for you to eat and there wasn't many guests in the hotel either. It has been one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Anyone going to Antalya please do not book this hotel you will be very disappointed . We weren't allowed to bring any food or drinks from outside into the hotel we were told we couldn't order any uber food into the hotel either, we told we could buy food and drink from inside the hotel shop which was really expensive . Once we came back from an outing we were stopped by the security guard outside and said no food or drinks allowed we had gifts for family and friends he wanted to check our bags cos my son had a water bottle in the bag which was almost finished but still the security guard was like no food no drink allowed we showed him the bottle and gifts it was horrible . The corridors were freezing cold and there was a nasty smell too. The pool was closed due to the season but there were no other activities either. The gym was huge but hardly anyone there or even the spa and massage no staff was around . The only good thing was the balcony view in a morning and evening whereas we were hardly there in an evening as we would go outside to pass our time. We were on the 8th floor and the view from the balcony was really beautiful , but overall a very bad experience in this hotel. Anyone planning to book this hotel by its 4* rating of the hotel pleased Do Not be fooled by their 4* rating online . It really has been the worst experience ever

    Bad rule on arrival

    rating21 Nov 2025

Having booked this hotel a while ago, tonight on returning from a resaurant with a half bottle of water they tell me that it is not alloweed to bring in the water. After a heated discussion I carried on back into the hotel and our room only to hear the security guard threaten to fight me. I walked away. I would not take food or drink into the restaurant of the hotel nor eat or drink in any of thier facilities but brining water to my room for consumption in my room that I have paid for I think is reasonable. Had I known this rule before booking I would not have booked this hotel

    Great experience

We was put in a hotel by our dental clinic which we did not like.We asked to move and all the hotels they use were booked. They offered us some money back to find our own hotel. We walked around to see if we could find something and stumbled upon the Cender Hotel. We went to reception and explained our predicament to the lady. She was so lovely and offered to show us a room. At this point the owner arrived and she explained it all to him. They both helped us so much. The room they offered us was lovely. The pool area is really nice.In with the price is breakfast. A bit basic but compared to the other hotel, so much better and the dining room is pleasant overlooking the pool.Location is good. About 10 minutes walk to old town and the tram stop is just over the road and very cheap. All the rooms have a beautiful sea view.

    Very bad hotel

    rating08 Sept 2025

If you don’t want to ruin your holiday, do not book a stay at this hotel. I stayed for 7 days and deeply regret it. The only good thing is the location. Time has completely stopped here – everything is old: the keys, the TV, the elevators. At the entrance there is a bad smell, and the old furniture makes you not want to stay. There was a problem with the internet; only by the pool was it really good. I visited during the peak summer season and it was completely empty. Upon arrival, I was immediately told that I could not bring food into my room. There is a small shop, but it only sells junk food, and there is even a sign at the entrance. There is no real freedom here. One morning I came for breakfast 5 minutes before 7 a.m. and was sent back to my room, because breakfast starts exactly at 7. The breakfast is very basic, and even worse – there was only one kind of tea. For two days there was no tea at all. The kitchen staff were very unfriendly, and the staff in general do not speak English. They hire elderly people for cleaning, which is why the place is so dirty. During my 7-day stay, the bed sheets were never changed – only the towels. The room equipment consisted of just a kettle and two paper cups. This hotel deserves only 1 star.
