    Was in Alanya for dental work so looked for a self catering apt in the area. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, modern and had all that was needed for a good stay. Although low season there were plenty of shops to get all that was needed and a nice restaurant around the corner for food. Also - a lovely kebab place nearby.

    Hotel was ok and staff by the pool, specially thanks to older bold man who every morning by the pool was welcoming us friendly. Night receptionist was very drunk or very high on second night of our staying, we tryed to pay our room and he couldnt do it coz of that and just laughing and hasseling and later later. By the pool Jake the tattoo artist was bothering us every day by trying to sell tattoo any of us. That is not nice when you try to relax and enjoy your day quietly. Food was ok, but deffenetly not worh of over than 3 stars. I wont take this hotel again. Under my bed in room was broken clas pieces and hurt my leg on thirt day. It was better not to complain about it coz they even asked remove our first rewiev in Google about night receptionist drunk behave and didnt seem to be interested about anything what customer says. Not my kind of Hotel!

    Awful customer service by the men there . They are very flirty & just looking for new girls to catch for visa. Be aware of Arafat ( the tall guy) all he talks about is S -E -X. Bad experience & I wouldn’t go there again . Also Furkan ( the receptionist guy ) pretending to be friendly & taking you to places ( he already planned with the owners there & gets percentage of profit for bringing people. He used to take me to restaurants & bars & gets free food & drinks from owners. I was wondering why then I come to know he deals with those people & bring them customers. Also the bar man tolg was trying to take me to his place many times . They not really friendly , they just try to get as much money as possible from you. Also it’s far from central & it cost me a lot. Taxi men are rude there . Also don’t waste your time going after June / it’s hot like sauna in streets / no oxygen. You will be spending your time in hotel A/C . The beach is deep & rough it’s not good for swimming. I wouldn’t recommend Alanya .

    Absolutely lovely staff. Had nothing but a positive experience so far. They’re all very hospitable and generally care about your stay there. Food is nice too and a good price, would recommend especially for the locaiton convenience. Would recommend to anybody deciding to stay here the price is unbeatable and the experience is wholesome.

    Excellent food music pool and very welcoming staff especially Arges on the bar excellent barman the apartments are clean spacious and above all great value for moneyOur first time in alanya will definitely come back here it’s great place to stay and only 20 metres from the beach
