Location

This complex lies in the tourist centre of the city and enjoys direct access to a private, artificial strip of beach (approximately 100 m away) that features a terrace and jetty. Located in the surrounding area are shops, restaurants and bars as well as links to the public transport network. The nearest airport is approximately 9 km away whilst the centre of Antalya is some 12 km from the hotel.

Facility

550 non-smoking rooms are available to guests in a 13-storey main building and an auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The resort offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hairdresser. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a queen-size bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) ensure optimal comfort. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide a selection of towels. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. The resort has family rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 3 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis, bocce and basketball are available. With water skiing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, water aerobics and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, darts and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards and bowling. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a spa and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room and a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    We stayed at Club Hotel Sera and decided to do a photoshoot — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our entire vacation! Huge thanks to the photographer Elzar 🙌From the very beginning, he made us feel comfortable — very friendly, calm, and with a great eye for capturing the perfect shot. There was no tension or awkwardness at all; on the contrary, everything felt easy and even fun. Elzar guided us with poses, chose beautiful locations around the hotel, and captured truly genuine, lively emotions.What we especially loved is that he doesn’t just “take pictures” — he genuinely strives to deliver high-quality results. You can tell he truly loves what he does. The photos turned out bright, atmospheric, and very stylish — the kind you want to look at again and again.If you’re staying at Club Hotel Sera, we definitely recommend reaching out to Elzar.     Second visit to this fabulous hotel - will return

    Second time staying at this fabulous hotel. Its very much an “old style” glamour hotel, where everything is clean and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The first time staying was August (summer season) with everything open and was absolutely fabulous, albeit rather warm climate, our second time staying was April (winter season) which was a much better climate, however a lot of the hotel amenities were closed.It is definitely preferable when all amenities are open, however we still had a wonderful stay regardless.We used the spa facilities, where myself and my partner chose the 80 minute royal refreshing program - which was wonderful, starting in the sauna, followed by the Turkish hamam with coffee exfoliation and foam massage (I have never felt so clean) followed by full body massage and a face mask application - it was the best massage I have had!We used the onsite photographer, who was wonderful - he really made us feel at ease and took us to some beautiful locations around the hotel using his “he he” signature sign to laugh - he spent around 45 minutes with us and we purchased a beautiful photo album, and small poster print (along with all digital prints) - really worth the money, especially if you are celebrating something. The staff are so friendly and will frequently go above and beyond to help.Location of the hotel is perfect for us as it is between Lara beach (where the luxurious 5* hotels can be found) and the Old Town - roughly 10-15 Euros to each using Uber (which links to local taxis).     Where to start?Entering the lobby on the first day met all my expectations. From booking in to leaving the staff could not have been more helpful on my 7 day visit.The rooms were clean and impressive.The food was suitable for all tastes and varied through breakfast, lunch and dinner.The area is vast plenty of area to keep your steps up.I will return in open season when more outlets are open. I knew what to expect when booking that not all venues would be open in April.The bars offer plentiful alcohol. Only Tuborg lager it’s passable for a beer drinker.Well my last day and the staff are still as attentive as I wait for the airport transfer.I still believe that I have not investigated all that is on offer!There are so many staff that it would be a discourtesy to name just one, they are all stars and work very hard.
