  Great value - would return!

  We have just returned from a week here. 2 adults & 2 toddlers (age 1 & 2). LOCATION - First of all, the location is not great. It’s quite far out from anything. There is a row of shops at the top of the main road, as well as a small Carrefour (which I recommend going to for every basics / essentials as the prices are fixed and very reasonable). There is also Lara Park shopping centre about 20 minutes walk from the hotel if fake goods are your kind of thing. We visited here to pass time but did not purchase anything and I’m not very knowledgeable in this area so couldn’t tell you whether prices were reasonable or whether items were of decent quality. It is about 1 hour 20 mins drive from Antalya airport which isn’t as bad as it sounds if you have a decent transfer provider (I can recommend Infinity Tour Transfers as this is who we used - very reasonably priced at £39 one way, £78 return). It is also around 1 hour 20 minutes from Land of Legends, if you’re planning on visiting here. FOOD -The food was good and there was always a large selection. It is not typically English foods but they do have ‘English’ options, and the majority of the foods can still be enjoyed. Ice cream is not available on all inclusive until after 4pm but we were aware of this before we went. There is a Starbucks on site, not included in the all inclusive but fairly reasonable price and paid for at the end of the holiday. Microwave facilities, puree / masher & bottle steam steriliser available in the hotel restaurant, as well as apple baby food puree but not a wide selection. POOLS - There are plenty of pools, plenty of sun loungers and great slides and toddler friendly pool spaces. However, at the time of our stay, the pools were too cold for any of us to enjoy so we didn’t spend any time in the pools. There is an indoor pool but it is small so we did not use it. ROOMS - We had a newer / newly decorated room in one of the apartment areas that are not linked to the main hotel, but we were in a very central location. At the time of our holiday, the air conditioning was not turned on in the rooms as it was turned off centrally for the whole hotel so it could sometimes get a bit stuffy at night time but we just kept the window and balcony door open all day, every day (but this meant we were all bitten horrendously by mosquitos). ENTERTAINMENT - Considering it was not in peak season, the entertainment was ok. There was one show in particular that really stood out and that we all enjoyed and that was the Michael Jackson dance show - excellent. KIDS CLUB - We don’t utilise the ‘babysitting’ service whereby you drop your kids off at the kids club and leave them with staff. But we did use the kids club facilities, namely, the baby room. Our young children loved this and it was a great place to go to pass time seeing as they weren’t a fan of the pools due to them being too cold. The space was safe, clean & had various toys, as well as a seperate room with baby changing facilities including wipes and nappies (if you didn’t bring your own). We weren’t pestered by the shop staff at the hotel, they would say hello as we walked past but no pressure to go into their stores. However, the spa staff are quite persistent, as are some of the tour reps / ticket touts. On the subject of ticket touts, we booked some trips with Lockman & felt we were misled slightly. And DO NOT BOOK THE LION PARK / ZOO trip!!! It is horrific and terribly sad. Housekeeping & entertainment staff were very friendly and the housekeeping work hard to keep all areas of the hotel absolutely immaculate. Excellent attention to detail when cleaning and very thorough. We definitely would return but perhaps a bit later into the season, or towards the end of the season. The guys in the hotel said that September is a good time to go.   Excellent hotel staff are lovely and friendly its a great for families the facilities are great a vast selection of delicious foods this is our second visit and we will return highly recommended thank you for a great holiday.   Absolutely great hotel, very family friendly. Staff are really nice and helpful. Lots of food choices and lots of activities for children.   Great Place, watch the Euros though.

  We have had an amazing experience, the staff have been great, and the hotel very caring and supportive. Room is cleaned really well. Food has been amazing. Few Sam but bad points, for me. 10 euros to use trampolines 5 minutes. 10 euros for the cars in hotel 5 minutes. No free single visit to al a carte restaurant, 10 euros adult, 5 child. The trips outside the hotel were amazing. But 30 euros for 3 milkshakes was shocking. I appreciate economy but don’t sting tourists. Otherwise amazing place and amazing staff.
