Location

Situated on a long stretch of coastline, this holiday village is ideally located for beach lovers and convenient for the centre of Side, which is just 3 km away and easily reached by public transport. There are restaurants, bars and clubs nearby in Side and tourist attractions such as the Side Amphitheatre and museum, the Temple of Apollo and Manavgat Waterfalls are within easy reach of the hotel. Antalya Airport is located approximately 65 km from the hotel.

Facility

The holiday apartments were built in 1988 and renovated in 2026. Units include 340 rooms, including 37 apartments and 134 double rooms, located in a 7-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. At the holiday village, guests are welcomed in the lobby with -hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge (subject to availability). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a page service and a hotel doctor. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. A business centre with projector, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. A conference room is available for conferences, lectures and meetings.

Rooms

Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. 3 wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. 10 family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. Sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. The complex offers a wide range of outdoor sports, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, basketball and crazy golf. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides and canoeing. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, squash, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Third-party operators offer beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a lobby bar. Guests can dine at the restaurant (non-smoking, à la carte, air conditioning and high chairs). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks and live cooking, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. For breakfast (late riser and warm), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for dinner). Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals and organic food can be prepared on request.

    We were warmly welcomed at the hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of greenery and fresh air. The hotel offered many fun activities, and most importantly, the food was amazing. The sea was a bit murky but warm. Overall, it was definitely a nice experience, and we are already looking forward to next year.     Straightforward simple review as follows;Negatives -Standard room is small and they need upgradingSome staff are miserable and non engaging. Maybe been a long hot season.Incredibly, you can still smoke in public places including the restaurant areasPool area is crammed and too noisy. Need to reduce the number of beds by 30%This hotel is set up almost exclusively for German nationals and language. I felt I was a bit in the way.....Positives -Grounds and nicely landscaped and immaculate Rooms are cleaned daily, cleaner was friendly and did a great jobBuffet food was good and plentiful Beach area is clean, with nice sand. Water was very warm.     We really enjoyed our vacation in this hotel. We got family room, it was clean, nice and quiet. Wi-Fi was working through whole hotel as far as I can say. Beach was clean, same experience with both pools. We were able to pick sunbeds all the time. food was also very tasty. I have nearly anything bad to say about our stay.     The hotel staff are amazing they work so hard waiters kichen and maids and all other workers. Reception arn't the best we wasn't leaving till 750pm at night they couldn't offer a late check out. I had ago and surprisingly our room was ok for a late checkout till 4pm still not good enough cost 30 euro for late check out. The food isn't the best breakfast and evening meals are ok but found fizz bar over the road amazing the people food etc. The area has quite a few shops around within close proximity. We came with 2 disabled children 13 and 17 not very good for them as mostly German here some of entertainment team could speak English it advised as having a teen club, but we didn't have a proper rep from jet2 for a meeting. It was just someone trying to sell trips didn't give us no information about the area and the hotel it self. Entertainment was ok nothing brilliant. We would not return back to this hotel again. I would return to side but not this hotel it isn't one of my favourite hotels.     My wife and I are here at present. We arrived about 1130 pm and the staff at the reception could not have been more helpful or efficient. We were told we had got an up grade to a family room in the main block just above the restaurant. The room is great, shower is amazing. First day at the pool and plenty of sun beds. Lunch starts at 1pm. Burgers, pizza, etc. all good quality. We have had our first evening meal and again quality was good. A good choice of main courses and a lot of it cooked in front of you. As several people have said before, it’s predominantly German but that makes no difference to us. With regards to drinks, we haven’t had a chance to explore that avenue but all good so far. All in all, it’s an excellent hotel with friendly, attentive staff.
