  Don't go to this hotel, I stayed for exactly 3 hours and looked for another one, it's horrible, it's dirty, it smells bad, it's an abandoned hotel

  Literal cat poop outside my room on numerous occasions, when told reception staff there were poop outside my room they replied ‘yes cats’… I know that😩😂 we was made to clean it ourselves!Bed were falling to pieces, walked into the bedside cabinet upside down and fridge full of previous persons food and drink in the fridge so clearly hadn’t been cleaned, also walked into the glass door slid wide open… food were edible that’s about it… wouldn’t come back and don’t reccomend, nowhere near good enough for a £900 holiday

  This is no 4 star it’s a 2 at best, Our week was like an episode of faulty towers & shameless Our room was filthy upon check in Previous occupants snacks were everywhere no surfaces wiped , shower & toilet filthy , unsafe looking wiring in bathroom , wallpaper hanging off walls pretty sure it was asbestos and woke up every morning covered in its particles Wouldn’t risk eating the food judging by the cleanliness of our room and the public areas dread to think what the kitchen was like , avoid at all costs !!!

  AWARD FOR WORST HOTEL EVER !!!!!

  Booked what I thought would be a nice get away . ( I booked this as a surprise for my partner ) and what a surprise we got , I should have guessed something wasn’t right after we got our booking confirmation, . Booked this through Loveholidays . I was told they didn’t do a transfer from the airport going that far out , but not to worry they will sort it !! . But that never happened, even the night before flying I called back asking what’s happening, they said no panic we will call first thing . No call , Nothing.. anyway we got to Turkey 11-45 at night to be told we must get a taxi to our accommodation, £200 pounds later we get there .. was greeted by a guy that spoke a little English , but no food or water , nothing was open , so we went to the room and thought oh well it’s all in we can get the water from our room ! . Again nothing in the mini fridge at all and it wasn’t even plugged in , 1 loo roll , . It was late so I thought I’d deal with this in the morning, It just got worse , the room was a total mess and dangerous, no loo rolls , no cleaners , the English speaking guy had gone now it was Russian, couldn’t make him understand anything , even translating over the phone .. no towels , Avoid this place at all costs , . The food isn’t fit for consumption, everyone I spoke to was ill , they said if you have a problem speak to the hotel first . Tried that countless times but when they don’t understand what do you do ? , breakfast was cold and very limited , lunch was the same , there is no afternoon snack bar , unless the countless cats roaming around drop some food you have to wait till dinner , that’s a range of 7 or 8 trays in a line , same food day after day , if you are late in line you get what’s left , it’s always put out at least 30 mins before serving so it’s cold ( Turkish special) the Guards I mean staff don’t care a hoot , drinks are water tea or coffee from a crap vending machine that kept breaking down , drinks from the bar I was told were limited , not allowed more than 2 at once , even if you are getting drinks for a group of you , .. locals with no wristbands butt in on dinner lines and help themselves ( these are not employees as they try to make out ) All in All , please take heed of this advice , your time and money are precious, don’t waste it here, book anywhere else , il never go back to turkey after this experience, that was my 1st and last time there, I’ve been all over the world and this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in , and there is no pool slide or second pool as in pics , that’s just to lure you in .. in short ..DONT GO THERE !!!!

  Defenatley not near anywhere a four star. Cleansiness and hygiene was very poor. Food was poor and same everyday. Beds were unconfortable and bedding was rough. I waiting 20 minuites for my shower to get warm water. I go Turkey alot and this hotel is poor and not value for money.
