Location

This hotel is situated in the heart of Karaburun, right by the hotel's own beach surrounded by bars, restaurants and various shopping opportunities. The tourist centre and a pretty forest area are around 1 km away and Manavgat is just 28 km away. The centre of Alanya is easily be reached by making use of public transport (20 min away, 35 km). Antalya airport lies around 95 km from the hotel.

Facility

A pleasant ambience awaits guests in 364 non-smoking rooms. English- and German-speaking staff are happy to assist and advise. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (for a fee). The dining area includes a bar. Warm hospitality and a cosy atmosphere await guests in 2 non-smoking restaurants. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will satisfy appetites big and small. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request.     ⸻We stayed at this hotel during its final week before closing. The food was the same every day with very few options. Breakfast was very poor, and everything was cold, even the scrambled eggs. There were no fruits at all. They served the same cheese in different shapes just to fill more plates. There was no entertainment. Three days before checkout, they started shutting down the beach snack bar and the pool bar, so there was no food available if you missed breakfast or lunch. This was not what we expected from an all-inclusive package. The room was nice and clean after we upgraded it. We will never come back to this hotel.     I give the hotel 5 ⭐️ and want to thank you for a wonderful vacation! We rested at the beginning of October and were lucky with the weather.The most important criterion for me was proximity to the sea (without transfers or crossings). And the sea here is perfectly clean, the beach is pebbly.We witnessed stunning sunsets.All the staff are friendly and always happy to help.We loved the food; it was varied. The entertainment is fantastic. The kids will be entertained at the mini club and evening programs. There is free WiFi access. I first visited this hotel with my family, and now I work as a travel agent and send my tourists there. We say hello to Remzi.     Awful inaccurate description!

    I wanted to share with everyone how dishonest they are! I am due to arrive to this hotel this Thursday and I am already shocked on how they lie to people. On their website and Thomas Cook's is advertised as having a pier however this has been dismantled a while ago and no changes in circumstances has been done. I purchased this hotel specifically for the pier because the entry in water in difficult for little kids and I am travelling with kids. When I asked Thomas Cook I need a refund as the information is inaccurate they said no refund will be issued because it says the room is not refundable...well.. this I get is not if I change my mind but is not the case! they literally provided an information which is miss leading and the worse part is their customer service is terrible. They are answering the same question over and over again. Now what I go to a holiday which I planned for a year and in one day all mine and my kids dreams are gone??? I requested an exchange not even that! How is that real? The hotel still has the pier photo on their main page! how is that even possible!!!     THE WORSE HOLIDAY EVER

    We chose the Concordia Celes Hotel as our first 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, it wasn't any better than the 4-star or even 3-star hotels we'd stayed in before. On our first day, they were carrying out renovations in our room and didn't even bother to clean it up. Old plaster, dust, and paint were all left on the floor. The water pressure in the bathroom was terrible. At times, the water stopped running altogether. The beds were uncomfortable. The in-room safe required an additional fee, as did Wi-Fi – something we'd never encountered before. We had to pay a fee at reception to use the internet, but only in cash. The hotel doesn't accept debit or credit cards. There's also no ATM on the premises. The nearest working ATM is a 20-minute walk away. The hotel offers an on-site doctor, but a visit costs 200 euros – SHOCKING!!! The pool is nice and large, and there was always room for a leisurely swim. However, the number of sunbeds and loungers wasn't adequate for the number of hotel guests. It couldn't even accommodate 15% of the guests. The beach, directly accessible from the hotel, is tiny and rocky, with few sunbeds. Most of the time, it was impossible to find a free spot at either the pool or the beach. The reception staff, like almost the entire hotel, didn't speak English, so getting any information was practically impossible. And even when someone with even a little English was available, they didn't have the knowledge to provide information. One receptionist was on her phone and didn't even know when the hotel bus to the local market left. The stench of sewage permeated almost the entire hotel day after day, especially in the rooms at night. The food at the hotel also left much to be desired. Every meal consisted of the same food, with virtually no variation. The food was cold and unseasoned 90% of the time. The daytime and evening entertainment at the hotel was mostly in Russian, so there were absolutely no attractions for us.This was our first time in a 5-star hotel, and we didn't expect something so repulsive. This hotel is definitely not recommended to anyone!!!
