  Rooms need to be renovated, food is cold and hard to find what to eat. No any show program. Personal don't talk english or rusian. Aquapark is ok ant I think it is the only good thing there.   Very disappointing stay. If you are an English speaker I would suggest this hotel is not for you as the majority of staff do not speak English, are rude and dismissive. The exceptions were the customer service rep (Kevan) and the night porter, both were friendly and helpful during my stay. The room was tired and in need of some TLC. There was a cigarette and an empty loo roll holder left from what I can only imagine was from the previous guest. There was no information about the hotel or its amenities in the room and the fire evacuation procedures looked to have been torn from the door. The bathroom was a disgrace with mould caked into the grouting and shower seals. The shower head had been ravaged by what looked like years of limescale build up and had obvious signs of a cowboy repair. The room had 3 single beds and each of the headboards was caked with dust. The restaurant was basic with much of the same food offered at each meal time. I got food poisoning from eating at the hotel and had to visit the doctor. I was prescribed 5 medications and was advised that if my symptoms persisted I would have to go to hospital, thankfully I didn’t have to and I as able to fly home. The hotel has a gym with free weights, treadmills and exercise bikes. However, there was no power in the gym and the machines were unable to be used. When I asked passing staff to help switch the power on I was ignored. I had a Turkish bath and massage which I enjoyed, I was told, without asking, that there were no males available and I overheard some conversations that raised the question of services that were not advertised. I was grateful that I had a female. The hotel has a huge waterpark, accessible by a tunnel which avoids crossing a busy road.   My stay started "awkwardly". Since I came to rest alone, I was given a "single room", which is not equipped (fridge contents, laundry products, curtains, no balcony) like the standard one, although I paid for a standard room, I got the right room for the next night.4415Bed - 5*Pillow - 5*Toiletries in a box - 5* (could be replenished during the week)I was on the top floor:Did not hear the sounds of the toilet and shower water - 5*No sounds of children running and furniture being rearranged from above/side - 5*1 drying "stick" on the balcony - 3*The front door can be heard through - 3*The lock system is difficult to use in this room and the door frame is such that if you press the link down and push it with your shoulder, the "paper door frame" breaksOverall cleanliness everywhere -3.5*Garden well-kept - 5*You can do sports - 5* (swimming, gym, tennis, basketball, mini golf, football, water polo, volleyball, aerobics, yoga)Food and drink. :DPeople are so careless. Food is spilling onto the counters, tables, and the floor. The staff simply can't keep up with the amount of it. The display is always like a "workers' canteen". You don't feel hungry.The food is always the same. Fortunately, there are ways to flavor it yourself.Coffee (instant horror) and they don't give you bean coffee from the machine in the lobby, they said go drink the instant one. Turkish coffee is terribly sour - 1*Fruit (unwashed) - 3*Vegan/soy products are missing - 0*Vegetables are available - 5*Meat - 5*Fish and seafood - 5*Fresh salad in the morning wilted and ugly - 2*, lunch and dinner -5*Large selection of sweets - 5*Cocktail selection both alcoholic and non-alcoholic -5*BeachCleanliness/Dirty - 3*Beach chairs broken (there are a lot of overweight people) - 3*Water park is huge. For both big and small -5*Employees should be trained to communicate respectfully and politely. Young male employees are intrusive and "compliments" are inappropriate. Older gentlemen are polite.
