    Very nice little place we stayed here for a week and would stay again. Clean and affordable rooms owners are very nice and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Franklin

    a small Inn that's a good place to stay, the price are cheap. You can stay daily or weekly it has a small laundry mat a washer and dryer you can used. Also it close to a place to eat and a gas station is close by too.

    A very nice Inn. I would recommend it to all of my friends .Very Clean and friendly .I would use this Inn again if needed, the sound of the traffic is not too disturbing.. Had no problem sleeping it is not to far from town Stayed three weeks plus looking for a home in franklin, n. Carolina.

    I stayed here one night on my way back to NY from the South. I would say that, overall,l my stay here met my expectations. That being said, considering that I only spent $39 for my reservation, my expectations going in were not very high. The hotel itself is located less than an hour from Great Smokey Mountain National Park. However, I can't say that there is very much to do in the town of Franklin itself. The room itself consisted of a king-sized bed, as well as a small table, microwave, refrigerator, and television. While the furniture and appliances seemed to be clearly dated, they all functioned well and the room itself was clean and well maintained. However, I do believe that the locks on the front door could be replaced as they were very hard to turn (I had to have the manager assist me in opening it). I also noticed that the towels in the bathroom were stained and could also be replaced. If you are just passing through the area and are looking for an inexpensive hotel to rest at, I would recommend this location. Otherwise, you will likely be disappointed.

    Based upon the photos displayed , I thought it would be at least partially decent , however , I was mistaken. The manager stated she had acquired ownership a month ago , and was in the process of making repairs , so keep this in mind. I may check it out sometime in the future to allow for repairs. Sunlight shone through the base of the door , I'll leave it at that.
