    There is nothing “deluxe” about this horrid hotel. The photos are extremely misleading. The reception staff are lovely, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say.The entire hotel smells like smoke, including the communal areas. The room I stayed in smelled like feces, and nothing was clean. The bedsheets, floors, shower, and even the fridge inside and out were all dirty. I have never stayed in such an unclean hotel in my life. It may be cheap, but basic cleanliness standards should still be maintained.The pool, which is advertised, was nothing more than a shallow area filled with dirt and grime.After spending the day out, we returned to find a bedbug climbing up the wall. We asked to change rooms but were told this wasn’t possible. The receptionist on duty was kind and tried to help by changing the sheets, but unfortunately that doesn’t solve a bedbug infestation.

    Dont go there. Its in the slums. Unpleasant all around inside n outside . I cant get my head around how its given a 3 star . Its scary and the Manager man his name Aslan ( a short chubby beardo ) even more unpleasant than this horrible hotel . Substandard b/ fast not included and will cost you arpund £8 per person on top of £25-£30 per night per very small room. They have a dirty muddy almost empty pond on top floor they call it a teras pool. I suppose having that muddy pond + insufficient narrow fire escape/ stairs sufficient to get the stars in TR 🇹🇷ANTALYA CITY HOTELS 👀I HAVE NEVER STAYED ANYTHING WORSE SO FAR BOOKING FROM ENGLAND BEFORE IN TR . ITS A VERY SLEAZY HOTEL NOT WORTH EVEN A 1 STAR . BUT I KNOW A LOT WORSE AROUND ISTANBUL CITY HOTELS /HOSTELS . MY ADVICE DONT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS JUST .. DON'T GO THERE FOLK

    Although this hotel could do with a refurbishment the beds are super comfy and rooms clean , Can & Kartal on reception make this hotel , great friendly hosts who make sure you have everything you need .The price of the stay was very reasonable so if you’re looking for a cheap comfy stay you can’t go wrong here .

    Working on computer I need a window to rest my eyes & prevent headache -- the kind manager rearranged the furniture & brought a real chair too! It's good to escape the tourist area but still have waterfront & museum nearby. On a quiet street with a sunny view & worth returning to.

    I have stayed Madi hotel in April this year 2019 for 9 days. I was here for a holiday. Writing a review will not be enough for this hotel. Firstly of all the staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Omid who speaks excellent English welcomed me and even helped me recommend the best places to see in Antalya. They provide lovely breakfast the rooms are clean and kept clean throughout your stays. I've booked Madi hotel through booking.com which I will also write a review as well. The reason I've decided to write in here is I want to give my recommendation to anyone who wants to visit Antalya to book Madi hotel, from the bottom of my heart thank you to all the staff at Madi Hotel Antalya. Thank you for the excellent service you provide to guests, thank you for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back here again and this with my family. I will miss the hotel and even more I will miss the coffee they make (Omid’s wife makes a lovely cup of coffee) haha! Xx. Thank you again. Nad’s
