    Do not recommend.

    rating10 Sept 2025

We had low expectations for this hotel however if it wasn’t for the staff and the fact that we were out every day, we would have left after 1 day. To start with, when we arrived we were checked in within 2 minutes and the lovely man behind the desk helped with bags and personally showed us to our room. The shower was already running when we got to the room however we soon discovered that the shower would not stop no matter how tight we twisted the knobs. We requested a double bed and walked into two single beds, no problem we just pushed them together to make a double. We then realised that the wallpaper was half off the wall and behind it was completely covered with mould. I put my suitcase in that corner (out of sight out of mind). We had requested a Mountain View weeks in advance and we had an amazing view over Alanya and up the mountain to the castle it was beautiful. The tv only showed bbc news and we had no control over the volume so if we did at some point want to watch it we had to sit in utter silence to be able to hear it, we weren’t there to watch tv though so again, not a big issue. The pool is freezing and smells like chemicals but nothing I’ve ever smelt in a pool before. It also gets no sun but that’s no fault of the hotels, just its location as it’s surrounded by buildings. The food was traditional Turkish food, I’m a picky eater so didn’t really eat at the hotel but my partner did enjoy one or two of the meals however he said most didn’t have any flavour. They were serving some green stuff with an egg on and when my partner asked if he could have an egg and not just the mushy green stuff the server was clearly not happy as he slammed the egg into his plate and then pushed him away and grunted. (The food staff clearly knew very little English - if any at all so they communicated with grunts and pointing) the breakfasts were awful. We had a choice of stale cereal with warm milk, salad which was clearly left out for ages as the cucumber was dry and shrivelled up, and stale hard chips. The all inclusive drinks consisted of the local beer, white or red wine and fizzy drinks that looked like they were bought from Aldi. The fruit juice machine was tangy and extremely sweet, obviously didn’t come from a real fruit. We stayed 8 nights and on night 4 I asked if we could have late check out as our transfer was not until late so the woman at the desk said yes you can check out at 6pm. On the day of check out we were out and about and when we came back to the hotel we were told we HAD to check out, this was at 12:30. So our plans to shower and relax couldn’t happen and there is nowhere to store bags so we just had to sit in reception with our bags next to us for 5 hours. The cleaning staff were lovely for the most part. We decided to have a lie in on one of our days and she had knocked on about 9am and I had said no Thankyou we are sleeping and asked her to just come back tomorrow. 2 hours later she is banging on our door, shouting something in Turkish and pointing at her mouth and belly. Since we didn’t understand eachother we just decided to get up and leave as we couldn’t communicate with her. We had two towels in the room when we got there however we guessed that house keeping had taken one as when we came back in the room there was only 1, so when we went and asked for another towel as our had been removed from our room the man at reception told us we already had one and was very reluctant to give us another. All in all the stay was not pleasant and if you’re planning on spending a lot of time In the hotel I suggest you look elsewhere. We on the other hand only really used the hotel to sleep and we maybe spent one day by the pool but ended up going to the water park around the corner when we wanted to swim as there was a pool there which is under the sun constantly so isn’t ice cold. We mainly went over the road to a restaurant called address which is directly opposite the hotel and has lovely food, does English breakfasts for picky eaters and the nicest staff.

The pooo is small but it’s not over crowded! The bar yes it’s only beers and wines juices hot drinks but staff are amazing and friendly and the pool is clean all day and the staff don’t stop! Terrible experience

    rating07 Apr 2025

Very disappointed. All inclusive by hotel owner's understanding is a breakfast.lunch and dinner served on a plate . You got a portion of food they want to serve you. The portions very small : one chicken wing and lots of cold pasta , 3 small meat balls and rise. Sometimes you get leftover cold chips as sides on a plate. The breakfast kind of buffet only cold food and omlett. Every second day you get a Schnitzel from freezer. The dessert you get is an apple and half orange slised on plate or turkish dessert all soaked in sugar syrup. Then we asked the owner about How the hotel advertised on Love Holidays website and showed him a pictures also buffet pictures he replied: "You english comming to Turkey only to eat.No snacks between main meals. The room very updated and holes in the wall in the shower. My foult is I did not read reviews before I booked a Hotel.Alchogol 1 sort of beer, white wine and red wine.It is a family run hotel . They treat you how they want . It is not a customer orientated Hotel.

Only once will you EVER stay here GOOD luck all

Where do I start lol three days with no wine, im still looking for the entertainment, no pool table, no microwave to warm the crap food because it was always cold, all inclusive joke, you got what portion of food they wanted to give you. Staff would openly tell you it was a crap hole, pool was full of green algae, I was there for three weeks neither saw the pool cleaned once. This really sounds like I’ve got an ax to grind??? Well no believe me, its as it was, boy I was so glad to get home, young staff were friendly and above all honest. So big call out to them, rooms very dated but clean. I could just go on! But what’s the point! Love Holidays will keep selling this Sh— -t hole, by the way I payed £800 for three weeks
