Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 199 non-smoking rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     A 3-hour transfer along the Turkish Riviera. We read most of the reviews before arriving and knew what to expect. The weather was beautiful in October, and the sea was warm. The food was varied and the drinks were just right for us, and the quantity was adequate. The room seemed dated, but we were happy with it. The staff were polite, but they took plates and cutlery from the table without asking, as if on cue. A taxi to Alanya costs €20, while the bus from in front of the hotel costs €2. The hotel is clean, and the beach is beautiful.

    Negative:1. The hotel is very far from the airport. Took us 4 hours to get here.2. 95% of the staff doesn’t speak English or other languages, is hard to communicate.3. Although the beach is private, everyday there are people coming (that are not from the hotel) and stay, and no one tells them they are not allowed to stay. The beach is small and it can get crowded.4. The sea has a steep entry, and there are lots of big rocks. It makes it difficult/dangerous for people who can’t swim to enter the sea, especially because most of the time is wavy. 5. The bar has a very small variety of drinks, and they are not tasty (I had a mojito that tasted like sprite with pills).6. If you go to the restaurant later, there is a chance that some of the foods will be finished, and it will be hard to find a free table, it gets really crowded.7. In the morning is a small variety of food, and there is almost no desert (just fruits, jum, halva, and some biscuits). 8. The entertainment feels like is oriented towards Turkish guests.9. The walls are thin, we could hear the guests next door, if they would talk, laugh, it felt like they were in our room. This was very annoying. 10. The rooms are ugly, the hotel as well, and during the day it feels very hot and humid in the corridors. 11. It just doesn’t look like a 5 star hotel at all! I’ve seen a 4 star hotel that looked way way better.Positive: 1. Food is good.2. Staff seems nice.3. Cleaning is good. I don’t recommend.

    Hotel is exceptionally clean and safe with a lot of nice with a lot of fun stuff to do like the dance floor. The staff who works there,Nesil is such an amazing person as she will make your stay worth it and is very nice and respectful, and the animation is simply just a work of art i highly recommend this place for everyone.

    The place is very wonderful and the geographical location allows me to go out and enjoy at any time. The cleanliness is first class and the food as well.     Having read previous reviews as a uk family was feeling apprehensive. However I should have had no concerns.Everybody is friendly the food choice is more than adequate,no its not pie and chips but I'm visiting Turkey.Bar staff very attentive and the Turkush massage service offered was an amazing experience.The wife and I both partook and came away feeling refreshed and certainly more supple.The beach access via a small underpass is great and again all beach facilities are fantastic I'm only on my 5th day here and will update again in 5 days time after going out exploring.
