It lies within 5 minutes' walking distance of Side, once the largest port in ancient Pamphylia, located on a small peninsula extending into the sea and now home to many shops, bars and restaurants which nestle amongst the ancient ruins. It is 1 km to the tourist centre of Kumköy and 10 km from Manavgat. Antalya Airport is 65 km away.

The hotel has 3 single rooms and 136 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions.
