    Mixed Experience – Some Great Staff, But Many IssuesThe restaurant staff could be very intrusive. One lady constantly watched guests while they were eating, quickly cleared plates, and made unsolicited comments about how we should eat. She even told my girlfriend that taking photos of food was forbidden. The food itself was not terrible, but we noticed that some ingredients seemed to be reused from previous meals, like fish served for lunch that had already appeared at dinner a few days earlier.The all-inclusive bar also had issues. It closed strictly at 10 PM, and drinks were limited after that. On one occasion, I was refused a beer after already having several, but shortly after, another guest was served, which gave the impression that drinks were being monitored individually.We also had uncomfortable experiences with a lady closely connected to hotel ownership. She acted rude and controlling, even telling other guests what they could or couldn’t drink and aggressively moving chairs shortly after someone left the table. This behavior made the atmosphere in the restaurant tense and unpleasant.Noise was another major issue. Nearby Dedeman Hotel hosted loud parties every evening until 2 AM, and our own hotel organized parties every Monday and Thursday with extremely loud, unusual mixes of music. These parties created a chaotic environment, making it very difficult to rest.Despite these problems, there were several positives. The pool was clean, quiet, and relaxing, with plenty of sunbeds available. The reception staff were very kind and helpful, providing all necessary information. Our room was clean and fully furnished. The beach is a 12-minute walk, but the hotel offers a shuttle bus with a friendly and entertaining driver. The hotel manager quickly fixed a problem with our conditioner, and the cleaning staff were professional, attentive, and very friendly.This hotel has some very nice staff and facilities, but the intrusive behavior in the restaurant, issues with the bar, loud parties, and some questionable kitchen practices significantly affected our stay. It may suit guests who prioritize socializing and parties, but not those looking for a calm and relaxing vacation.P. S. Thank you for introducing us to Teddy Swims’ music.

    At Erkal Hotel we stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, arrived after midnight. The hotel had an unpleasant smell, and its old decor was more like a hospital than a hotel environment.One positive aspect was the professionalism at the reception, every time nice and willing to help throughout our stay. Check-in was quick, and the room was decent. We enjoyed the beauty of the sea, which was a highlight of our vacation.The food at the hotel was okay, although there wasn't a wide variety of options. We would have appreciated more traditional Turkish dishes.Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the behavior of the hotel manager, mr. Erkal, who was unprofessional and rude. He responded to any question or request in an impolite manner and even raised his voice!! When we asked for a bottle of water he rudely refused, stating that it was not his problem if we didn't have drinking water!!Other negative aspects were the poor cleanliness of the hotel, the lack of sufficient staff.(for cleaning) The elevator was very dirty, and during our 5-day stay, amenities like shampoo and soap were provided only once. There is no free internet anywhere in the hotel, and you have to purchase a separate package.

    It was the first time in Kemer, the hotel is very calm and pleasant, good food, decent service, the room was given for two, although I was alone, the price fully justifies the quality. Definitely recommend

    its disgusting hotel i dont understand how did they give 4 stars for this hotel ! They said till 10pm everything free we went before 10 to bar they didnt give what i asked ! Food was horrible !!!! Anyway other they we came back from sea and when we go to room we saw they didnt clean the room aswell ! When we told them they didnt take serious !!! Anway end of the they dont go that hotel if you love yourself your money !!!!

    I had great holiday with my friends in Kemer. Hotel is very nice with very kind menager and personnel. Rooms are very clean. Beach is great and not crowded like in other hotels.
