    Avoid, go somewhere else

    Awful. Having paid for Early Check-in, we were told upon arrival that there were no rooms available and we would have to check-in to a nearby hotel and pay an additional 50€ for this. We found out the following day from a different member of staff (a lady who had the best English and also seemed like the friendliest person) that there were empty rooms.We checked into a room and then found that the toilet didn't flush. Also, the fusebox was sparking with electricity whenever we put the key card in the reader - so we got moved.The bathrooms are tiny. Really tiny. To sit on the toilet, you have to sit more sideways than forwards. The shower portion of the bathroom is just about big enough.There are 12 sunbeds around the pool to service approximately 30 rooms. The staff were unwilling to help when they were told that there had been items on a sunbed for 4 hours but no sign of any people (who had actually gone to the beach).On multiple occasions, we received "fresh bedsheets" with small stains on them. The maids also frequently left rubbish in the room and often did not provide the correct amount of towels.They also advertise being a beach hotel and, while they do have some kind of private arrangement on the beach (which closes at 6pm - so no romantic walks on the beach in the sunset), the hotel itself is actually a 7-8 minute walk. In the time we were there, we also saw others having issues with the hotel staff - most of which seemed to go unresolved and the staff incredibly unwilling to help.I don't think I can recommend avoiding this hotel any more to be honest...

    Doesnt have any private beach as they say on their site, actually not even close to the beach. At least 15 min walk to a nearest one. Location isn't the best. Very noisy as it close to the airport, all flights and helicopters flying right over the hotel almost every 3 minutes. NO elevator!!! Small rooms. Poor breakfast. You have to pay 30 € for the airport transfer. Can't recommend.

    Stay away!!!They adevrtise as a beachfront hotel but they are in fact streets away from the beach. If you have an issue they promise they will solve it but then they dissapear. Very unrealiable, very rood people, I don’t recommend staying with them under no circumstances!

    They checked us into another smaller hotel Ramona telling us as you’ve booked only one night you’ll be fine in this other hotel, while still at Esperanza we were given 5 mins to have lunch and the lady at the reception was standing on our heads while shouting at us that we are getting them delayed.-Did we book and pay for Esperanza or Ramona? -Why were we made to walk from one hotel to another either to make use of the room or have our meals?-What gives them the right to shout at a guest?-Are they supposed to serve us or is it vice versa? This is a shame!

    I recently visited this hotel with my mum, we spent 3 nights here. The staff are all so friendly & lovely. The rooms are very clean, the only downside to the room was the bathroom; I wish it was more spacious but everything else was good & I LOVED the AC! Their transfer guy picked us up from the airport, took us to Land Of Legends, waited for us whilst there & took us back as well as dropped us off at the airport. If you want a taxi elsewhere, they'll order you one that comes in minutes. If you're looking for an affordable hotel in a great location (beach was a 10 mins walk & you get a free sun lounger if you tell them the hotel you're staying at) then I'd definitely recommend this hotel!
