    Big hotel and about 30 beds obviously not enough. Food chips at breakfast and rabbit food. Hotel lobby bar supposed to be open 10 until 10 closed from 12.30 until 2pm. Closes again 6.30 until 8pm. Very poor bar service limited drinks. No entertainment as such. Lovely pool. Bar staff lovely. Doubtful if I would return too far away from main town. Beach although private is horrible

    Hotel is definitely 4 star,i would give it 2 at the most, took 5 hour to get there from airport as the transfer driver lost his phone and refused to leave the airport for 2 hours, then 3.and half hour to get there after this, on available room very outdated and ben linen was dirty we complained and was made to pay to upgrade room, the upgrade was still not what I would call nice but it was standard. Only 1 socket in room which in this day in age is not okay. Advertised hotel images and all inclusive information is definitely not what you get when you turn up to this hotel, food is awful, chips,a boiled egg and peppers for breakfast and raw chicken, beef strew or turkey casserole with rice or pasta, that was the same every day/night, several people in hotel had food positioning when we was there, bar only serve 1 beer,gin or vodka and very small messaurers and very rude bar staff. Bar shut down three times a day for an hour or so each time and then everything is shut off by 10pm and you are told to be quiet after. Never know anything like it,is out of the way of everything, nothing exect a couple of reatraunts and little shops near by,to get to alanya cost £30/£40 in taxi, I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

    Food and entertainment worst ever husband was sick as many others at the hotel can’t fault staff or cleaners all friendly and helpful but no way is this a 4 star hotel no facilities in room for tea and coffee stars on info in room bar open til 11pm but it all closes at 10pm not much to do around the area pool has no shallow end for non swimmers would never go back

    Advised Thomas Cook This Hotel Would Lose them customers

    We went to Turkey. About 12 separate complaints about Hotel. Transfer hard to locate, drove out airport back in parked 1 hour. Head off driver stopped for a coffee. On way back stopped same place drove up hard shoulder to get back on carriageway. Bar closed more than open. Minatures for alcohol. Food no signs what it is. Chips for Breakfast. Nothing recognisable for that meal. 155 rooms 38 sun beds. Night time entertainment 4 times only in 14 days. Rest of time left to guests ie karaoke, a Quiz an embarrassing list of tasks for 3 girls, or none. Fire Alarm went off 7am for 20 mins no one in reception. Rubble from flattened building next to hotel. Next again building under construction. Otherside 2 incomplete buildings so expect work. Right on dual carriageway car horns constantly for cars pulling out into path of other vehicles. Pool deck level, water constantly overflowing. All one depth had to stand on tip toes. Child pool tiny. Lifeguard never there, Thomas Cook thought that was ok & ABTA simply asked them and they said they stood by their decision. No Rep - using someone elses. Says Free wi-fi. Its only in Lobby 30 Euros for one phone in room. Says snacks nothing during day. Bed linen not changed often maid seemed happy to just create a swan out of it job done. Thomas Cook Website & Hotel Website both claim facilities that aren't there. Been Thomas Cook Since 2004 never again.

    We arrived at 3am after a 3 and a half hour transfer from the airport, to find the rooms we had booked were wrong instead of the 2 rooms we booked having 2 single beds and 3 single beds respectively, they put us in round with 2 double beds and 1 single, when we went down to the lobby to talk to the man on the desk he was very rude and refused to change our room saying there was no more rooms and it was tough, the next day the other staff changed 1 room for us straight away but wanted 48 euros to change the other one, in cash only with no receipt. The rooms were not too bad A/C worked fine, food was okay at best as other reviewers state it’s mainly chips and onion rings, the pool was very good we found it to be clean and a good temperature, the bar only served 1 type of beer and staff got annoyed when you didn’t re use your plastic cup. On the whole it wasn’t the worst place to stay, but there is much, much better places, the fact this hotel is relatively cheap reflects in the service. 2/3 star hotel at a push, not at all a 4 star ⭐
