The hotel is situated in Mahmutlar, only across a main road from a wide, coarse-sand beach. The centre of Alanya with its numerous shopping venues and leisure venues is around 9 km from the hotel.

82 rooms and 36 apartments are available to guests in a 1-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Children can enjoy the playground.     Very cheap fashion underwear and the lady Fatos made us a cup of tea which was really nice and she threw socks in for free and they where really helpful when i could not find any bras and put me in the right direction

    Manager/owner a very nice person helpful & polite at all times, as where all the hotel staff. Allowed to keep our room after noon check out time until 5pm pick up time free of chargeair con & safe included in price. Breakfast as you would expect in turkey bread boiled eggs cheese salad & jams, on some mornings we where offered freshly cooked omelettes.Room was basic but with a living room & Bedroom it was quite spacious with very comfortable beds. As for the cleaning & towel/ linen changing we found this to be "on request" & was no problem once requested. situated very close to town centre, restaraunts bars shops market & beach we found this an ideal base for our holiday.

    We found the staff and manager very helpful, the manager even drove us back to the airport 120km away. The other reviewer said the rooms were never cleaned but we found that if you left the key down to the manager it would be cleaned. We only found out a few days into our holidays that the 3 meals were included which made the holiday very very reasonable. The rooms were big and airy and the hotel is very central. We are going back in October and will be staying there again. Great value for money and great, fun atmosphere.Nora and Pat Ireland

    The hotel is a fairly small and seems to be a family run affair. The pool is very small but better than nothing. The hotels own folder says that rooms are cleaned a few times a week, sheets and towels changed etc, but this never happened during our visit. After about 5 days we emptied the bins in our two rooms ourselves and placed the bags out in the corridor as they were beginning to smell and attract flies. We mentioned this at the reception and whilst they seemed surprised that no cleaning had been performed, nothing was done to rectify thios during our remaining 2 days. The price of the air conditioning caused some friction. QWe were quoted 50 Turkish lira on arrival per air-conditoning room/week. At checkout the price had mysteriously risen to 70 lira. After complaining to our travel representative, this was apparently caused by recent rises in electricity prices and that the owners son had inadvertently undercharged ( apparently you get to chose which excuse you like best ). After checking with some other guests, it turned out that they had all paid 50 lira. After much unpleasant argumentaion, the owner finally relented and agreed to 50 lira. Not a pleasant end to the holiday.The food in the hotel dining room was simple and reasonably priced. Oddly enough, on some days the price increased by about 80% due apparently to there being some very small amounts of meat in the stew for example. Wise to pay daily and not put the bill onto the room price, so at least you know what you are paying for.Overall, perhaps not the best deal around.
