Location

The complex is located in the Okurcalar district on the coast, some 30 km west of the popular resort of Alanya and roughly the same distance east from the historical resort of Side. Public transport runs in front of the hotel and there are shopping facilities less than 5 min walk away. Antalya Airport is around 90 km away.

Facility

This resort was renovated in 2021. 598 non-smoking rooms, including 7 suites and 521 double rooms, are available. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, 24-hour room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a page service. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area. A business centre with fax machine, a flip chart and pens and photocopier is available. A conference room is available for conferences, lectures and meetings.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. Equipped with a telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge), the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. Bathrooms are equipped with a baby bath. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are on hand in the bathrooms for everyday use. Dining facilities include a bar, a lobby bar and a piano bar. Guests can indulge their palates at the restaurant (non-smoking, à la carte and high chairs). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include full board and all-inclusive special. A continental breakfast buffet (also for early birds and late risers) provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals and halal food can be prepared on request. Baby food is available (on request, free of charge). The complex also offers snacks. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    I visited Granada Luxury Hotel in Okurcalar in May 2026. This was the fourth time I have stayed here, since May 2024. I usually come in May and October, when the weather is milder and the prices are more interesting. As always, Granada did not disappoint me. The staff is particularly hospitable, the cleanliness is almost perfect, and the comfort – remarkable. I was happy to see Valeria again, the lady in charge of customer relations and who was, every time, very helpful. I also listened again with great pleasure to the piano recitals that Mrs. Natalia gives every evening, with great virtuosity. My favorite place remains the dining area of ​​the restaurant located outside, near the sea, where I like to have breakfast every day for almost two hours. I also really like the atrium, with its fabulous architecture, where I also have a Turkish coffee from time to time. The most remarkable thing here is the food, varied and tasty. I won't give too many details, come and try it!

    My friend Sophia and I stayed in May 2025, and it was one of the best holidays we had The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really makes it special is the outstanding service. The staff were discreet, kind, and highly professional, always understanding our needs instantly and making us feel genuinely cared for 👌🌹The level of cleanliness was exceptional, both throughout the hotel and on the beach. The management team is very professional, everything runs smoothly here 👌 and the food .. wow.. excellent, with great quality and variety👌A special highlight was the beach disco and the pool — beautiful music and great atmosphere ❤️We absolutely loved our stay and are definitely coming back this year. Highly recommended!

    I travel a lot around the world and have seen many hotels and professional photos, but I must say this hotel can truly be proud to have such a talented photographer — Mehmet Ali. He is very friendly, has a great sense of style, and his work is amazing. The hotel is lucky to have him, and I highly recommend everyone to have a photo session with him!I also want to mention Diyar, who works by the pool on roller skates — such a friendly and cheerful guy! He truly loves his job and is always smiling. Just super, super positive energy!

    Non smokers hell - smokers paradise…. Sadly😭

    It is sadly so that on this - otherwise the most super duper nice hotel - that the only place you can stay whiteout getting cigaret and cigar smoke is inside. Even in the areas which are coveret against the weather (sun and rain) are you allowed to smoke, and this doesn’t matter whether you have small children with you and would like to protect them against passive smoking. Why are we paying so much for a vacation on a super 5 star hotel??? To sit outside enjoying the weather and the nice temperatures but again there are no and I really mean no room for us non smokers and if you e.g. COPD many are having trouble breathing already you have to ways stay inside, to avoid smoke….not a single area in the outdoor areas are for non smokers (even though according to the statistics non smokers are 60 % plus…!!!) Yes, I know You are in compliance with the Turkish government regulations- but I would think you are allowed to make designated areas for smokers and/or non smokers!!!(think of our children they are our future and they are passive smokers at your hotel!!) If you need inspiration to other hotels where there are area for smokers/non smokers in Turkey (even relative close to you) feel free to contact me. Other wise this is a lovely hotel, food is excellent, drinks are well made, the wine is OK and the staff is doing everything they can to serve you. The serving of drinks at the pool area in inline skate is mega super and the young boys are doing it fabulous- specially Atta giving us a super service. This hotel is the best regarding food, drinks, service but the lacking off rooms for non smokers, coming from the cold north to enjoy the autumn in your lovely Turkey, is ending me up in giving You only 3,5 stars.
