    We stayed for 6 nights in Grand Nar Hotel. We four friends really had great time at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and polite with us. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was served very well. Thankful to chef 👩‍🍳 who cooked special dish on every dinner.

    Absolutely terrible hotel, I came home full of bites from the flies. The food was terrible, never catered for English people. The rooms untidy the staff rude and caught a member of staff stesling a bottle of rum out of my room. I also had €100 euro stole out of my draw. Felt really uncomfortable from the start. Holiday from hell. Would never recommend this hotel all inclusive means all inclusive not wine n beer in small glasses this should include spirits but was charged €5 a double. How's that all inclusive. !!! False advertising if you ask me ...!!! Also on arrival all i could smell was cannabis which the night staff were smoking.

    After booking a last minute get away blindly, I then checked previous reviews and was worried about what I was arriving too. However, I cannot understand these reviews as I found it amazing. All the staff are very friendly (except one) and couldn’t do enough for you. Particularly the two Ahmed’s and spa manager Ferdinand. The food was fine, no issues and I believe you get what you pay for and so it’s a case of managing your expectations. If I had any criticism, it would be that the room could be more modernised. It’s an all round great place and I will definitely come back. Thank you to my brothers at the Grand Nar.

    Don't know why this hotel has so many negative reviews basically you get what you pay for. Our room was spacious and very clean. Housekeepers here every day and very helpful if you run out of anything. The pool was brilliant and cleaned every morning. Food a bit repetitive as all-inclusive tend to be. The staff very friendly and helpful ,the town centre is a ten min walk but the hotel provides a free shuttle 4 times a day when heading to private hotel beach. Altogether i have no complaints gordon ,kerry
