    Stayed here for one night during a bussinestrip. It is situated on one of the main roads in Alanya. As such i dont recommend a room facing the street, it is very noisy. The hotel itself is a nice hotel with very good service wherever you look. Western countries have forgotten how to have servicestaff everywhere ready to help you. A nice big lobby. Pretty small elevators. Very nice rooms with fridge, safe, tv snd telephones. A nice poolarea that I did not use, but they even have a nice poolbar. The rooms seems to have been updated recently. However, the beds are a disaster, rock hard beds that killed my back ! Whatever you do, dont drink the water anywhere here. Have plenty of clean bottled water with you. The hotel was clean, not perfectly clen , but clean enough. Breakfast was outstanding. Bountifull with everything you could possibly ask for. Not so good coffe which suprised me. They even have a omeletchef that will provide you with tasty eggdishes. Why not 5 stars ? Simply because there are areas in this hotel that have not been updated and looks old. Otherwise than that this is a nice hotel, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. 4 excellent stars.

    An amazing place, we have been 3 times, staff are lovely, the hotel manager is amazing and will help with anything, the food is amazing and the rooms are good sizes, they have a restaurant by the beach which is beautiful. Fun place to be.

    Excellent hotel! Members of my family are regular guests, and we always choose only this place. The staff are always ready to help, many thanks to them, and especially to the hotel’s General Manager, Ms. Amanda Jane Özsoy. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone; you won’t regret choosing it as your holiday destination.

    I stayed in Alanya at the Grand Okan Hotel. I really enjoyed it. It's a 4-star hotel, and I stayed there for almost a month. The location is excellent, less than 100 meters from the sea, and they have everything they need for food: meat, fish, fruit, and vegetables. The staff is fantastic, from the cleaning lady to the manager. I'd also like to point out one thing: don't expect the same level of service from a hotel like the Rixos. Yes, it's better, but it's also much more expensive. For reference, 30 nights with breakfast and dinner cost me less than $1,500 in February!

    Overall, the hotel was fine. It was clean enough, the food was varied, and, most importantly, it was located near the beach. But one thing was very disappointing: the men at reception. They didn't smile at all and looked sullen.,I didn’t want to ask them anything unnecessary. Otherwise, the hotel was quite decent.
