    Amazing location. Room had a balcony that we asked for, overlooking the street which was lovely. The pool was a good size and a lovely temperature. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was fine.

    I am glad we made this choice for our 3-night stay. The hotel owner was very accommodating for our family of 5. Very good breakfast, rooms in good shape, nice pool, walk to the beach and marina, on the quiet street but right in the heart of old town with tons of bars and restaurants.

    This is by far the worst hotel experience. The hotel has not got it both on service, on cleaniless, on food and price. If the aircondition was not working they will charge you 30 euros to fix it. The food was terrible and often ordered from take away from other places. The rooms were dirty. The minibar was placed in the bathroom. The hotel personell lacked profesionalism. The hotel manager and the recepcionist were rude and even aggressive if you asked for something.     First and foremost I thought I was booking another hotel that I remember from eight years ago, but turn out to be this was not the one.Tried to book six rooms, it was not possible because becomes a group booking so I had to call the hotel owner & the manager answered to call then I booked six rooms via deposit some deposit direct to hotel acc.We have checked in 29 October 2022.Pro'sThe rooms are spacious.The location is good, in the castle area and near to Hadrians gate.Somehow attractive building looking from the outside.ConsThe water pressure in the showers was not adequate, it was almost impossible to adjust the water to the desired temperature and the water flow was so little that 5 min shower maybe can be done in 20 minutes, of course people with long hair can forget about the shower completely.Rooms were NOT quiet we could hear everything happening in the narrow street front of the hotel, my five cent worth advice is to get your earplugs ready!-One of my friend was fed up of lack of water in the shower and asked for her money to be reimbursed owner & manager did not interested in reimbursement, then I call the Ministry of Tourism to file a formal complaint, that is all happened in front of the manager.-The hotel itself was noisy because I could hear the next-door TV and the noise from the doors was excessive.-By this time we had travelled 3 thousand km in Turkey and we stayed in many hotels with breakfast, I must say the saddest breakfast was at Hadrian gate hotel, second day onward we had to look elsewhere to have breakfast.-The reception area of the hotel same time is storage for hundreds of carpets!

    The hotel is rundown, very little water pressure in the shower. Mould in the shower recess. Noisy, expensive, unenviting reception area smelled like very dusty carpet. Breakfast was included but was terrible, so we all eat out elsewhere during our stay. I would NOT recommend this hotel. Staff do not speak English. Only thing it has going for it is the location. They ask for direct debit up front payment for rooms and they do not provide refunds. FIVE THUMBS DOWN. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
