  Very nice resort, clean, calm, no children, it needs little more young activities but as all it's very good. special thanks for friendly staff specially Mrs. Gizem from animation staff, definently we will come back again.

  Animation team soo amazinggg.Gizem is the best everything.My room clean every day.Otel's couifoor so intelaagant. I'll come back the otel.I loved you guyysss.I liked the snack bars staff they are so friendly

  We had a beautiful stay, we enjoyed the activities that happened throughout the day and parties twice a day with shows .We loved the event team , they were very friendly and helpfull .Also the fact that there was no kids allowed us to have a relaxing holiday.

  I arrived at this hotel after booking it on quicklyrooms..it had a 5* rating and the photos looked nice..I arrived early afternoon in a private hire and I honestly thought he had got the wrong place..I was dropped off at what I can only describe as a filthy hut with wires hanging down everywhere ...I walked around to another dirty looking room where a really nice guy met me..he took me back around to the “hut” reception where I was told to leave my passport and the nice guy lead me past a very un kept pool area through the very dry overgrown in kept gardens to my room..the room was below anything iv every stayed in ..and iv stayed all overt ..I sat on the couch and just though on no level can I stay here..the room had an awful smell..I walked down to the private beach and that sealed it for me...I’d spent the previous 10 days in side in a 3 star hotel with a private beach and had a wonderful time..I returned to the UK for 4 days and immidiatly re booked because side is so beautiful so my shock at this hotel was real..I very nicely told the nice staff member I couldn’t stay and he got another guy from the beach who said I still had to pay..I didn’t care ..they called me a taxi and then the owner turned up to say I hadn’t payed..I explained I’d payed in full..he then explained he was the owner and it was because I was English and everone was Dutch or sweedish..he was shouting at me about money but I kept saying I’d payed online..I had to show him confirmation ..he was aggressive ..I felt very intimidated and ended up in tears and the owner got me tissues and water..I got a taxi to the other hotel and had a wonderful 10 days..half the price too..I can’t comment on food etc because I was only there an hour too long of my life..iv never wrote a review before for any hotel but iv never had such an awful experience..some of the photos on other reviews are of the heaven spa hotel not the heaven beach apart..please enjoy side it’s absolutly lovely but don’t stay here Karen

  Had a short break here for 4 days the staff are friendly animation team was great marriage very friendly only problem is very poor English but we got through very clean hotel and food was very good beach area great nice big bed sun loungers
