This resort is located in Konakli, only 100 m from a sandy beach.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry.

Rooms

Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. Other features include a direct dial telephone and a TV. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis, beach volleyball and basketball are available. With water skiing, jet skiing, banana boat rides and canoeing available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, bowling, squash, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, darts. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Guests can enjoy a range of leisure facilities and activities, including a kids' club and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. Breakfast, a lunch buffet and a dinner à la carte offer plenty of delicious variety.

    For the Price you pay this is the perfect place to be . If you speak and require they give you all you need but u have to ask for it . The place its not that clean and the food area its crowded but its not the hotel fault but the people that stay there . Personel try their best to clean and maintain the place . There are so many rules dont do this and dont do that but people dont care and do by their mind . The only bad thing they need to change is the elevator. The worst i have ever been , so crowded and so hot inside , no ventilation. They immediately need to fix that . But overall i would give a 10 in proportion the price and the service they give . Its fair ! If they are going to construct the place i think the prices are going to increase 4/5 times . I loved the experience but will not go back if they do not construct. For those who love the luxury i would not recommend, but for those who love all inclusive resort and for the price given .. Its The Perfect you will love it .

    Never ever think of going into Hedef hotel

    Our stay at Hedef Spa & Resort, Alanya was an absolute disaster. The hotel was advertised as 5*, but the reality was completely different: • dirty and neglected common areas, constant bad smell, dirty glasses and tables never cleaned • air conditioning did not work anywhere in the hotel – unbearable heat in both rooms and restaurant • staff were unhelpful, uninterested, and barely spoke English, so solving any issue was impossible • the restaurant was too small, food selection very poor, and every single dish was served cold, even when arriving early for meals • so-called Ultra All Inclusive was a joke – the 24h bar had only a few tables and chairs, usually dirty, and after 1:00 a.m. all lights were switched off, making it unusable • worst of all: during our 12-day stay, our room was never cleaned once, despite complaining at reception around 12 times and even to the manager – nothing changedThis is absolutely not a 5-star hotel. Honestly, it was the worst holiday experience I’ve ever had. I do not recommend it to anyone!

    Extremely rude people at reception. Rooms are awful. Internet only in the lobby. AC not functioning and phones even to call reception do not work. Worst experience ever!!! Not welcoming people and very bad room service!!!!

    Ok... please don't go....me and my husband we go for first time in Turkey... first impression very bad. We say, ok we don't have samething else to do, we pay so we have to stay 1 week...HELLL... dirty sheets on room, they don't change towels, after 4 days i have to scream on laydes how clean my room to give me towels.... pool never change the water .... same food every day.... dirty people....rude staff they don't speak english.... elevetor its like sauna, 38 degree inside OMG ...air condition smels in room ... small tv with 3 chanels and same movie every day .... guys its NOT 5 STARS HOTEL ....NEVER COME BACK VERY DISSAPOIMENT... hedefgr, Менеджер по связям с общественностью at Hedef Beach Resort & Spa, responded to this review Good afternoon, dear guest!Thank you for sharing your impression of our hotel.
