  The hotel is shame for tourism in Turkey

  Hedef Beach Resort Hotel — a complete disappointment and a disgrace to Turkish tourism!From the moment we arrived, we were hit by filth and neglect. The entire hotel is poorly maintained, overgrown with vegetation, and the staff are apathetic and clearly uninterested in doing their jobs. No one seems to care about keeping the place clean or welcoming.We were placed in a room that hadn’t been properly cleaned — dirty mirrors, a bathroom so dark due to a burnt-out bulb that was never replaced. There were no towels at all! The next day, after insisting, we were given two towels — one per person. And with that one towel, you’re expected to dry your face, body, and backside. Is this the standard of a “five-star” hotel?! No cups, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and the list of issues goes on.️ This hotel claims to be five-star, but in reality, it doesn’t deserve even one. Absolutely unacceptable level of service and hygiene. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone — unless you’re looking to ruin your vacation

  I stayed at this hotel for 7 days with my wife, and honestly, I couldn’t stay there even for 1 day if it wasn’t already paid.First of all, when you enter the hotel lobby, there is no air conditioning, so it is extremely hot inside. At the reception, they don’t welcome you properly—the staff are rude, impolite, and show no manners.The hotel advertises that it has two elevators, but neither of them works. If your room is on the 6th floor, may God help you—you’ll have to climb the stairs, which are also dirty and never cleaned. In fact, nothing in this hotel seems to be cleaned: floors, windows, rooms, beds, bedsheets—everything looks like it hasn’t been touched in ages.When I arrived, the bedsheets in my room were already dirty, and throughout my 7-day stay they never once came to change the sheets or clean the room. The hallways are full of dirty dishes and glasses left on the floor.As for the food: they claim to offer breakfast, snacks, and dinner, but there is barely anything properly cooked. Most of the time, they just recycle the same food from previous days until it’s gone. The dishes, forks, spoons, and glasses are disgusting—none of them are properly cleaned. Honestly, instead of enjoying your vacation, you risk coming back with a disease.The staff look completely unmotivated, as if they are forced to be there. They are not polite, they don’t speak English, and they don’t even try to help you.To sum it up: if you are reading this review, don’t try to convince yourself that this place might be a good hotel—it is not. I have been there, and I will NEVER go back again, even if they claim to have completely renovated it. This hotel should be shut down as soon as possible. Don’t waste your time and money.

  Waste of money, dont reccomend it !

  Worst place i have ever been to. Room service is nonexistant, there is no good coffee anywhere, no coffe at the beach "bar" that closes at 18:00. On the beach there are often no free streachers, and everything there is extremly dirty and broken down. When we came to hotel lobby bathroom was covered in human waste mixed with God knows what, we went to the hotel changing room where was a pile of human feces on the geound. You have "unlimited" food but in selected time intervals, and when you want to get something you often cannot because people are taking 3-4 plates of food for themselves and you need to wait for a new batch, waiting lines for food are horendeous as well. Food is okay but you need to manage somehow to get anything that is good. As i said room service is nonexistant, they didnt change bedsheets, didnt change the bathroom towels, didint bring the toilet paper nor emptied out the trash bin in the toilet. Room was in okayish state when we checked in to the hotel to be honest. The minifridge in the room is empty and they expect of you the bring everything yourself to fridge. All drinks are pretry bad sugary ones with no sugar free alternatives. So in conclusion "Ultra all inclusive" here is one big fat lie and i dont recommend anybody to come here. P.S. Most of the staff dont understand english, and those that do speak ot uninteligebly.

  Disgusting and Unsafe – Do Not Stay Here

  I have never written a hotel review before, but I feel the need to share my experience so other travelers don’t make the same mistake. This was without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and it completely ruined what should have been a relaxing trip.To start with the only positive: the animation team. They were friendly, energetic, and tried their best to entertain the guests. Their efforts stood out in an otherwise terrible experience, and they were the only part of the hotel that gave any sense of hospitality.Unfortunately, everything else was a nightmare. The reception staff did not speak English, which made communication incredibly difficult. We had two rooms, and not once during our entire stay were they cleaned. The rooms were extremely old and poorly maintained, with broken furniture and a depressing atmosphere. In one of the rooms, the air conditioning didn’t work at all, and despite asking many times for towels, it felt like we were being ignored or treated as a burden.The cleanliness around the hotel was shocking. The sun lounges by the pool were dirty and stained, and the pool itself looked unclean and unsafe to swim in. The dining area was even worse – dirty glasses, spoons, and plates were the norm, and the food itself was unappetizing and clearly handled without proper hygiene. The most disturbing moment was seeing the biggest rat I have ever seen in my life running through the eating area, something no guest should ever have to witness at a hotel.Overall, this hotel is outdated, unhygienic, and very poorly managed. Aside from the hardworking animation team, everything about this place was a huge disappointment. For the prices they charge, what you get is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel – there are many better options that will actually respect and care for their guests.

It was supposed to be a relaxing vacation, but instead we encountered filth, unsanitary conditions, rudeness, and a complete lack of service. Dirt and Unsanitary Conditions Everywhere* The lobby had dirty rags, bad smells, and old, worn-out furniture.* A piece of watermelon was lying on the stairs between floors for two full days — no one cleaned it.* Hallways were filled with dirty carpets, leftover food, and dishes.* The elevator had cracked glass, sticky buttons, and a strong odor.* In the room: dirty floor, rust, hair, dust, and visible urine stains. After walking barefoot for ten minutes, our feet were completely black.* Cleaning only happened after multiple requests and tipping.* Bed linens and towels weren’t changed for three to four days.* After they finally changed them, we found cigarette butts and condom wrappers behind the bed.* Inside the wardrobe — dust and trash from previous guests. Dining — Dirty and Irresponsible* Most plates had leftover food, grease, or cracks — we had to sort through dozens just to find a clean one.* Cutlery was sticky and poorly washed.* We had to take utensils from the waiters’ station, where everything had already been touched by other guests. No hygiene protocols at all.* Tablecloths were never replaced.* Food was served chaotically and without care. Pool and Beach*The water in the pool was cloudy, with green mold on the walls and debris at the bottom.* The beach was not sand — it was crushed rock, trash, dust, and sticks.* The entry into the sea was dangerous — sharp and slippery stones everywhere.* You absolutely need special shoes to avoid injury. Staff* Staff responded to every request with visible irritation or complete disinterest.But the worst moment came when I politely asked:> “If no one comes to clean the room by six pm, who can I speak with?”The receptionist manager mocked me, saying:> “If they don’t come — you can cry,”and made a crying gesture with his finger down his cheek, as if to laugh in my face.This was not just rude — it was humiliating.No guest should ever be treated like that. Final VerdictThis is not a 5-star hotel.It’s not even a 4 or 3-star.In fact, this is not a hotel — it’s a dirty, neglected place with complete disregard for guest safety and dignity.I strongly advise against staying here — especially for families with children.Rating: 1/5. Absolutely not recommended.
