    Worst hotel ever! Need to be closed

    If you want to spoil your vacation-welcome to this hotel!Dirty and antisanitary is everywhere.Everything is broken or working on its last breath.We chose fortune tour and unfortunately were delivered to this hotel.Dirty towels, not properly working fridge, dirty curtains, conditioner working loudly as old tractor, broken toilet seat, dirty walls and dirty floors. Food is awful, not for the conception all inclusive.No deserts, fruits are miserable.Staff is totally indifferent to what is going on.No cups in restaraunt , no knives, no glasses.No beer in all inclisive concept.Cola and fanta - 3-4 bottles for the whole hotel per day.

    Very bad hotel. Poor food, no meat, no fresh salad, no desert, no alcohol at all. The room was terrible: you cant wash, no proper beddings, balcony door broken, curtain broken, old tv, bad community with admin. Internet 1€ one day.

    It's not ok this hotel , don't go in the hotel Himeros Beach,or Himeros Life! It's bad management,it's bad hotel, and the food it's not okey for people! This hotel it's not ok for anybody, and this hotel don't not have program!

    Hotel is like as 1 star hotel not more .The hotel is not clean very bad bed and bad smell is coming in the rooms and the yard without any charge for shampoo ,soap and tower in day . Air conditioner is not work and have problem , I told three times but they couldnt repair it . They didnt care about cleaning the room . The food were awful and very bad ,the foods arnnt good and healthy they have alot of Insects and no fresh and bad smell.they dont have dishes all of to e are washing them and charge again for new peoples in eating time.it fo t have bottle of water in room you should use the water mashin in the yard in night and morning . The glass was plastic for hot drinking .Very bad boss of the hotel that didnt care about us . Never and never try it up for 1 night .you cannt sleep and stay . I think that pay the cheep prices dodnt have any logical . They turn off the light at 12 in the night .all clerks of hotel go to sleep and do t care about any body .

    Avoid this hotel if you don't want to destroy your trip already in day 1. We had a booking for this hotel when we arrived but the guy in reception denied any booking, he didn't even look at his computer. He just told us they are fully booked and didn't want to say anything else, just wanted us to leave. It was obvious they had rent our room more expansive to someone else who just dropped in. I contacted Hotels.com and they also confirmed the booking and tried to talk to the hotel but he kept denying. He didn't even want us to stay in the lobby while we talked on the phone with hotels.com to get help with relocation. He asked us to go out and it was like 40 degrees outside. Even though it took 2 hours in the sun to get a new hotel we received good help from hotels.com and got a much better hotel but this accident ruined our trip already on arrival.
