    Let's start with the positives; The staff are friendly, welcoming and efficient. The rooms are clean and similar to a UK Premier InnView from the room interesting and spectacular. Great selection at breakfastFood in general was nice but not great.Room change suggested by customer service manager, who was lovely after extremely noisy neighbouring room kept me awake most of the night. New room sadly was also noisy.Safe surrounding streets, but noisy.Negatives;You are under the flight path Loud closing hotel room doors.No sound proofing, you will hear your neighbouring rooms snore, talk, use the bathroom etc.£12 taxi to old town as quite far out.Memory foam mattress very soft.Pool unavailable, no explanation given but it was empty.     A hotel of great value, a comfortable room allowing for a good sleep. Our room had a panoramic view including the sea.     Highly recommended and great value in ANTALYA

    The Location of the Hotel was excellent . Only a short drive from the Airport. 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and promenade with selection of on beach bars and restaurants. I stayed in the Penthouse suite with wrap around balcony and stunning un-interrupted views of the city and sea. There is an excellent Gym and Spa. I highly recommend the Thai lady in the Spa as she sorted out my frozen shoulder on my first visit.The food was self service and of an excellent standard with an extensive A La Karte menu.     I've experienced many five-star hotels and all-inclusive resorts, but this one falls short of the mark. It’s surprising to find an all-inclusive package that doesn't cover coffee and cocktails, with only a limited selection of four local alcoholic drinks available. The room's carpet had a terrible odor, which was incredibly off-putting. I requested a refund after two days but was bluntly refused; they directed me to my holiday provider, Love Holidays. However, Love Holidays insists it's the hotel’s responsibility to issue any refunds. This situation is unacceptable, especially since the website does not clearly state that "all-inclusive" is essentially just half-board. If you’re considering a stay here, I suggest opting for bed and breakfast instead, as this place feels more like a business hotel or a spot for a one-night stay. I was traveling solo, but if you care about preserving your relationships, heed my advice: this hotel is disappointing and barely deserves three stars. Not to mention, they won’t even serve coffee in-house; instead, you’re directed to Starbucks within the hotel. Also we have Snack menu time, tea time and night soup time. You can order the local beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic) from our bar, imported drinks and Starbucks are extra. Minibar, water and tea are free of charge.We would like to note that it is difficult to compare the prices due to the different economic situations between countries.Also we have an option 'half board' in which our guest will get 2 main meal during a day that seems for us not as an 'all inclusive' concern.Regarding your comment after your request our front desk assisted you to change the room.
