We had an unforgettable week at the most warm and cozy hotel on the Mediterranean coast!A huge thanks to Can, the best receptionist! Always with a smile, professional in everything, excellent English, and great communication! A huge thanks to the charming Özgür! You are a sweet person :)Many thanks and a big hello to the lobby bartender Oğuzhan! Great Russian, excellent memory, and always a positive mood!:)My endless gratitude to Tuncay for the most delicious cupcakes and fried eggs in the morning and delicious dinners! This is a beautiful hotel with excellent staff! The only difficulty is the lack of Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and where it is available (in the lobby), the speed is very slow. However, it is possible to purchase a week-long subscription with excellent speed.The hotel has a beautiful territory! A huge garden with houses, the main building and a building with rooms on the beach. You can choose accommodation for every taste. Each option has its undeniable advantages:) great location of the hotel! 10 minutes walk to bazaars, shops and cafes in both directions! There is a place to walk in the evenings! The hotel has a warm and unobtrusive animation! Good aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, darts! And in the evening there is a cozy children's and adult animation :) the food is varied! There's always something to choose from! You'll never go hungry :) the sweet table is delicious :) the beach is wide and long! There are plenty of sunbeds!   I went to a 4* hotel for the first time. I liked it very much. In the town itself, but calm, beautiful environment, there is no nationalism, they behave diplomatically, which left a very pleasant impression. I got a great number. The food is excellent. Great people work in the kitchen, the beach bar is also 10 points. Cultured, clean, cozy. I want to come back again. The beach is the best in Alanya. Only the best reviews. Thanks for everything.

  I want to start like this. I chose to stay at this hotel after looking at the comments. However, I would like to definitely state that this hotel has nothing to do with what is written in the comments. Whoever makes these comments has either never been to a hotel in his life or is making comments as a hotel fan.1- I want to start from the introduction. There is no place to park the car. They must have rented a field like a place behind the hotel. They make you park your car there, so you have to go around the hotel twice and you have to reverse your car from a narrow area to the main road and go to the back parking lot. They make you torture under the heat. In order for you to understand the officer the friend at the reception desk gave us to show us to our room (he speaks Turkish), you have to circumambulate twice due to lack of explanation. I was able to find my room and my children 20 minutes after I went to park the hotel, even though we talked on the phone, because they have built small rooms on the sea side, through the tunnel under the road. You move forward and don't even understand what's going on.2- Pool Unfortunately, I can say that there is no pool in the hotel. I could find 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool. As for the necks of the 2 outdoor pools, unfortunately they are the size of a pool opened for watering the garden. They put a so-called aquapark in one of them, 2 pipes and 1 slide, there are 50 people in a 15mX20m pool, unfortunately even an ant cannot find a place in the pool. We had to manage in the indoor pool, and then we got a lot of comments from the staff, telling us not to jump into the pool. I don't know if they were unaware that the purpose of the hotel would be entertainment, or if we disturbed them. Because it was closed, no one came except me and my children for almost 2 days.3- Food and beverages: So-called all-inclusive, yes, there is nothing in all-inclusive, the quality is 0 and the food is terrible, the breakfast buffet is not edible, we ate fruit and salad, we left without eating for 3 days - 4 days anyway. I think it's because they don't know what they're cooking, or they don't know the names of the ingredients they buy, so I couldn't see any food names or other explanations in front of the food. (If you ask, is it very important? Yes, it is important for someone who has allergies and wants to know what he eats). Plates and glasses are filthy. We always used cardboard cups and plastic cups. By the way, since there is no ventilation or air conditioning system anywhere in the hotel, it is recommended that you stay in the hellish heat during the meal, because the dining hall serves as the Turkish bath and steam room.4-Rooms and Cleanliness: A HOTEL WITH ANTS AND SPIDER BED. You will see the pictures. I have never seen such a dirty hotel in my life. I told the ETS TOUR guide Mr. Furkan's name, I think, from the first day. I even said that I wanted to change the hotel. The friend sent me a video to sell yacht tours. We cleaned it with our own means and had to stay so that our money would not be wasted. By the way, be aware that WIFI is also paid in the rooms.   Ok where do I start.Firstly this was our honeymoon, so when we arrived we advised reception that it was our honeymoon, they changed our booked room to a fabulous room directly on the beach with the most amazing views, we couldn’t take the smiles off our faces. The views of the sunset were out of this world, the room was air conditioned thank god as it was so hot. Rooms were cleaned every day, shower flooded the bathroom every time but that was ok. Let me write a short paragraph on the entertainment and animation team.Firstly …..Say no more.Communication with other holiday makers was a no go as we were the only English speaking in the entire hotel, staff had minimal English abilities but we got by.FoodA fair selection Break fast The same every day so if you didn’t like anything I guess you will look forward to dinner that much more.DinnerAgain a fair selection catered for non British, food did change daily, staff were friendly as they could be but again hard to understand what they were saying as they had minimal English, best we had was when asked where we were from, was we said wales a few said ah “gareth bale” so you kinda give up. But food was ok at best. Evening mealAgain a fair selection Hotel is quite close to the shopping bazaars which can be quite fun and annoying but hey it’s turkey, we picked up some great bargains.To summarise Great hotelNot for English speakers
