This beach hotel is located on a long, sandy beach around 300 metres from the centre of Kumkoy, where guests will find restaurants, bars, nightlife and shops. The hotel provides easy access to local amenities and public transport, which is to be found on the main road roughly 150 metres from the property. The beach hotel is approximately 5 km from the tourist resort and historical city of Side as well as its amphitheatre, museum and the Temple of Apollo. Other nearby places of interest include the Manavgat Waterfalls (12 km away), the ancient city of Perge (35 km) and Aspendos Amphitheatre (30 km). Antalya Airport is approximately 60 km from the hotel.

Facility

328 rooms, including 14 suites and 257 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. All-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and a complimentary minibar. A delicious breakfast gives guests plenty of energy for the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet.

    The hotel is at a high level in all respects, I definitely recommend,great food, family atmosphere, a big wonderland for children, a number of activities, great location, there are shops nearby, I will definitely visit the hotel again.

    Pleasant hotel for a family holiday. The resort isn’t giant in size but offers sufficient space for all guests. We were given with a family room with two bathrooms which was much appreciated. The room was big enough with sufficient storage space. The beds could be harder and more comfortable. The food was tasty and one can choose from a great variety of dishes. The chefs prepared something different every day. Hotel rooms, beach as well as pools and gardens areas are spotlessly clean. Things to be improved: Wi-Fi doesn’t work well in all areas of the hotel including the beach, juices and coffee are poor quality.

    This is my favourite hotel for a summer vacation! I have been travelling to this hotel since 2014 just with just a few breaks and indeed this year again I can only confirm what the hotel motto is “Einmal Oleander immer Oleander” - once Oleander then for always! Its simply a perfect and a balanced combination of what we are looking for - great location, comfortable accomodation, delicious cousine, wonderful garden, beatiful beach & sea, and great people around.Also, I like that the team of Oleander is pretty much stable across years as I know already some people and they regognize us even when we come back after a year!For sure I plan to go back next year again!

    Wonderful hotel if you don't mind speaking German

    I didn't realise when booking that the hotel guests would be 100 percent German, apart from us, and the staff would all speak mostly German. One staff member spoke very good English and was really friendly and welcoming and some a little English. Luckily my GCSE German came into good use. I wouldn't recommend staying here without basic German knowledge. The hotel is beautiful, with every detail thought about. We stayed in the superior room, which was plenty spacious. The beach is lovely, with silky smooth sand and shallow waters.The food was really excellent. Some of the guests were a bit rude and stared at us quite a lot, but just ignored. Overall a lovely, relaxing holiday.

    We have been in this hotel for third time and we were always very satisfied. What we appreciate the most is amazing staff - waiters, animators, chefs... Also managers were very kind and professional. They were always helpful. We stayed in Flora - comfort room with sea view - room was very nice. Food was also great. We really like sandy beach as well. Overall, hotel is perfect and we appreciate its family atmosphere.
