  Can’t believe it’s still open let alone advertising. Worst place we’ve ever been… wouldn’t go there if they gave us a free holiday…Changed rooms 3 times still no better , food disgusting, plastic cups for breakfast never got any milk… whole experience disgusting

  I must say this hotel is absolutely disgusting, let me begging by saying you get what you pay for as some people have put on the reviews but I’m sorry to say we did not get what we paid for. The pictures that are advertised on the website is nothing like the ones that I will post on here if I can then you can make your own mind up by saying we got what we paid for it we didn’t. When we first arrived at the airport we had a private taxi booked so we had to go and find the taxi, while we explained to the guy who we where and where we where going he laughed and said to me (that hotel should not even be a hotel) and I thought wow what are we walking into. We got to the hotel, no one who worked at the hotel could speak English, they took us to our room then left, didn’t explain where anything was or who to go to if we had any problems. When we got up in the morning we started to realise that the room we where in was nothing like the rooms advertised, they put us right next to the kitchen which was extremely noisy from 5-30 onwards then the entertainment was directly opposite us and this went onto to 11-30 to 12-00 at night so we hardly had any sleep. I noticed in the room that the air-con was not working, no hot water, holes in the wall, holes in the floor, no skirting boards on certain areas, the sink was hanging of the wall the toilet was wobbly. So I went to complain about the room, no one could understand what I was saying so this tool about 3 days to find a young man called Umat this guy was great he had us moved the next day.So we have moved rooms to my surprise this room was not much better than the one we just had, sink hanging of the wall air-con not working properly no hot water. So this time we complained again so they sent down the maintenance guy to try and fix the problems ( this was like this for the next 4 days. We emailed Thomas cook who at the start was very sympathetic on what was going on, they told me that the hotel has made an offer of 30% compensation from the price that we paid for the hotel but I will explain more in detail about Thomas cook later. The food was that bad in this hotel the local people who came there to stay wouldn’t even eat it, they packed up thier stuff and went home early.We had people from all different countries staying there and they where disgusted when they seen this hotel. The guy Umat who helped us was one of the employees of the hotel he helped a lot of people there, he even moaned to the managers about the state the hotel was in he told the managers that the hotel should be closed, the managers response to him was ( if you don’t tell them that this hotel is good then I want your resignation) so Umat came back to us and said I cannot stand here and tell people that this hotel is good so I must resign, the security of the hotel came and escorted him off site I was dumb founded to see this happen. I have told Thomas cook that I will be taking further action on this matter as it’s disgusting. Please people do not book this hotel and avoid Thomas cook as all they want is your money .

  Don't deceive people, Don't make your holiday a hell here!

  I was here, as you can read from other comments, all was deeply terrible, at first i just entered the hotel and saw about sixteen people in reception they were all fighting with the receptionist. Told myself that i could get use to but i just lately understood the reason why the bullet hole was on the reception glass wall.I got Hungry and waited in the Unending que to get some terribly prepared foods with flies on, and so i had to go out, i went to bar there was another loooong que to get coke but there was the barmen who wears red allthetime (i think cemal) He got along well with the girls, but when it was my turn, his face hung up and he said he had run out of alcohol. No cleaning at all. As i asked if it gets better to the principal sitting there he just yelled at me there. No private zone for hotel itself On the Beach. Godd!! i am happy at all to leave that hotel otherwise I could starve to death there. NO official there were friendly and they treated the workers very very cruelly.   Big remorse to choose this hotel. Meals are terrible, hygiene is none, there is no alcohol or drink at the bar besides beer and rom. Our sheets can't be changed before 3 days and they said there are no textile in the hotel. Our towels weren't enough. There was a long line before every meal. Pool is very small and crowded at any hour. Waters are not cold in any time of the day in this hot weather. You have to walk to reception if you want to anything. And most of the time there is nothing to do for you. And THERE IS NO PRIVATE PLACE AT THE BEACH BELONGS TO HOTEL. never come. Ihave to stay more two days because no repay.

  We booked all inclusive and that was a waste of money as we ate out almost every day. They should close this place down. It isnt for international guests and the do not cater for international guests. The food is absolutely revolting. Flies everywhere. They might as well cook flies and rice for dinner. I bet people in prison eat better food. The staff cannot speak English so it is very difficult to communicate. Staff are very rude and ignore you when you need help they do not tell you anything about where their part of the beach is and they didnt let us know we had a fridge.. We were getting rude stares nonstop as if they had never seen black people before. It was very annoying. There is no wifi in the rooms so you can only get wifi in reception most people spend their time in reception rather than enjoying their holiday. At one point they switched the wifi off in reception. If you were to ask me i would say that it shouldnt be called reception it should be the complaining centre. The rooms were very dirty and the bathroom stank so much we had to buy bleach the tv does not work and neither does the fridge. No room service. There are no activies for children. The information and pictures they put online are not true. There is no Spa or massages. There is no gym. All they have is a pool and the manager is rude and he doesnt want to help his costumers. Please do not ignore the reviews or you will be in for an interesting experience. 😉 Please take this as a warning and do not book this hotel!
