  Avoid if you are in a same sex couple!!!

  We arrived at this hotel, excited for our trip ahead. We were greeted by a male receptionist who asked if we were a couple (myself, my wife and my son). We said yes and he looked us both up and down and said ‘you should have said you were sisters’. He had the most disgusted look on his face too. We instantly felt uneasy and it wasn’t nice for my son to experience this either. He then deliberately changed our room key, to an older style room in a different block, right in front of us. We felt so awkward that we didn’t even know how to address this with him. Every time we walked past reception during our stay, he would always look us up and down, like we were dirty. It was honestly awful! A lot of the workers in this hotel had the same opinion and it got so bad that we took our wedding rings off and left them in the hotel room and decided to say to people that we were friends instead. I won’t ever return to this hotel, or Turkey EVER again.

  Lovely family holiday

  Kahya is about a 1.5 hour private transfer from Antalya airport. The hotel is great. Food a solid 8.5/10, we always enjoyed our meals and the kids always fount something they liked. The staff in the restaurant work really hard keeping it clean and are happy to bring drinks for you. We visited the Ala carte twice once to the fish restaurant and once to the Ottoman, and the food was amazing 10/10 for the adults. The kids ordered the spaghetti, and it was just spaghetti no sauce or anything, but when requested, they provided quickly Can not comment on alcohol as none of us drink.Rooms are clean and spacious only down side is you only get one key. Rooms cleaned daily, and I have no complaints about the standard of the cleaning. There was no tea coffee or kettle in the room, but water and sparkling water were provided. We were on the 5th floor and found the lifts to be slow. There are 3 lifts in total.The staff are all amazing and always go above and beyond. Special shout out to the mini club team, especially Aisha, the lead. Absolutely amazing team that my kids absolutely adored. They provide so much entertainment for the kids during the day and an enjoyable mini disco in the evening. My kids spent a lot of time in the mini club and are definitely missing the team now that we are home. While some language barriers with the staff, they still made every effort to do what they can for you. Nothing was too much for any of the staffHave to be careful around the pools outside as it's really slippery and there are uneven tiles and while we were there a few people sustained injuries. The hotel could do with a refurb. There is a little arcade, a shop, a stall that sells a variety of sweet treats, ice cream and slushies, a stall that sells personalised bracelets. There are free ice creams between certain times during the day and freshly made gozleme, which is delicious. There's a lazy river, which was a huge hit with my kids , a kids splash pool with slides, a main pool, a heated pool, and 6 water slides. There are many Dutch German polish ect, that visit here and not much English.There a few shops directly outside the shop but not much. There is a mall style bazar about a 20 minute walk from the hotel and there is a market bazar every Sunday which is by eftalia about 25 minutes walking. We spent to weeks here and overall had a good holiday and we would consider going back.   Outrageously excellent resort!

  This is my favourite ever hotel, we have visited twice already and hope to visit again soon! The food is absolutely delicious and served 24/7 with so much variety. Breakfast is delicious, they have pancakes, hot breakfast, cereals etc etc. for lunch there is the restaurant buffet, snack bar McKahya with burgers, baked potatoes, spaghetti, pizza, a gokulum tent for Turkish flatbreads, and dinner is a large buffet with different theme nights. And of course midnight soup which is soup and sandwiches. Hasan is an excellent waiter! The pools are great, although they are quite cold one of them is heated to 28 Celsius at all times. Water slides are great, kiddie slide pool nice and the lazy river is fab for all ages. There is a kids club for a good majority of the day for kids 4+, where you can leave them alone with Ayse and her team who are all lovely! My daughter loved going and doing all the activities like face painting, cookies, painting bags, whatever they want. There are also trampolines and slides for the kids. The mini disco is also a huge hit, they take the kids on a train to gather everyone then get them all up on the stage to do the dances. The rest of the animation team led by Berkan are super friendly and there are plenty of excursions offered (for a fee) but highly recommend kleopatra beach and the Havana nightclub! Of notable mention are the lovely Umut and Hiko, but they are all super nice! And the varied entertainment shows in the evening and activities during the day had something for everyone. We were put in a room which was close to the lift and noisy fire escape and building site on the first night, but moved us to the other side of the hotel without hesitation in the morning. Excellent service. Drinks are available 24/7 and all of the bartenders are lovely, especially Turkan. The consistency of the cocktails varied person to person, however they are strong enough and happy to give you anything you want. Didn’t deal with security directly but they were plentiful and we saw them act quickly when a boy got a bit too drunk. They seemed kind. Housekeeping impeccable! Towels and turndown and water replenished daily. Do NOT hesitate to book this hotel it’s the best of the best and we can’t wait to go back.   Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money

  Very disappointing experience. The hotel does not match the description or expected standards. Cleanliness was questionable, facilities for children were limited, and constant smoke and noise made it impossible to relax.Staff showed little interest in resolving issues, and the management response was dismissive and unprofessional.Definitely not worth the money.
