I like this hotel too much, breakfast amazing 🤩 comfortable bad verry nice garden owner Ali is cool guy , he is verry helpfully u can ask anything Ali he is from old town Ali Şafak Yıldız, at Kaleici Hotel, responded to this review thankkk uuu 🤗

Sorry, not worth the money

The owner is very friendly and his family is very hard working. The breakfast was good. But. There was no soap in the shower, no access to coffee or tea during the day unless you pay, no water bottles in room, so making of beds after a nights sleep, and no good treason to pay so much money when there are soooooo many more hotels in the old town. We slept on the main floor which was a bit noisy as we could hear guests if they left early, and a prevalent smell of smoke. We appreciated the garden breakfast and all the plants all around, and all the communication on WhatsApp pre arrival but it was definitely too much money for what he got in return.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by lovely and super-helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.The hotel's pool area and garden were a tranquil oasis, offering a serene escape from the bustling old town. The rooms were not only clean but also surprisingly spacious, providing a cozy retreat. As a solo traveler, I couldn't have felt safer; the hotel's atmosphere was like a home away from home, and the staff were always available for any assistance. Kaleici Hotel truly epitomized Turkish hospitality, making my stay both memorable and heartwarming.

Great front Desk Staff Wilfredo is doing great job he has attending during day the hotel with a happynes attitude, awesome work. The hotel is clean and safe is aceptable. nice breakfast area and a super gym there.

I can't fault it! From the warm welcome, the exceptional breakfast, amazing room, friendly staff and superb dining!And the location...WOW!! Smack bang in the action on a beautiful twisty cobbled street.The free parking is remarkable too.Nope...can't fault it. Will be back and highly recommend.
