Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this resort lies in Belek, right by the sea. The nearest airport is Antalya (AYT), situated approximately 27 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 612 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, 24-hour room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel doctor. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 17 conference rooms.

Rooms

Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and dishwasher. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a flatscreen television and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are stocked with a hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone for everyday use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products.

Sport

On hot days, guests can cool off in 20 outdoor pools. If the weather isn't cooperating, they can head to one of the 2 indoor pools. There is also a children's swimming area with 2 kids' pools. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes bocce, beach volleyball and crazy golf. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis, golf and horse riding. With aquafit or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, catamaraning, diving and parasailing available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including table tennis, darts, yoga, callisthenics, aerobics and pilates. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a spa and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include 11 restaurants, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. A generous and varied breakfast buffet (also for early birds and late risers) provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. Baby food provides for little ones' well being. The resort also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Stay Away at all cost

    We recently stayed at the KAYA BELEK hotel for a 5 night golf stay, this was booked through our agent Bilyana Golf.Firstly the hotel is supposed to be 5 star and at best i would say 3 star, the rooms were old dirty and needed lots of upgrading, the beds were like sleeping on a solid board and very uncomfortable.The whole hotel smelt of cigarettes as they turned a blind eye to your Turkish gents smoking in various areas including the breakfast area and there were NO NON smoking area outside as promied so breakfast was taken in the inside dining room which basically was a free for all , with very poor selections aimed mainly at the Turkish guests.when we approached the hotel about this they just shrugged there shoulders and when we asked to move rooms as we were looking over a noisy flat roof with machines running all night they said the hotel was full. ( it was not)The hotel its self is old and needs a complete make over as my pictures showWe compleined not only to the hotel but also to Bilyana Golf , at the time Bilyana told us that they would look into this for us and speak to the reception, nothing came of this, and as we were golfing during the day they blamed the closure of the reception ??.On our return back to the uk, we contacted both the hotel and Bilyana golf and we received a standard reply from the hotel which they said they offered us alternative rooms, A COMPLETE LIE , I thought it was full ????.Both Bilyana Golf and the HOTEL KAYA BELEK have fallen very short of what should have been a memorable golf trip......PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM BOTH.... THEY LIE !!!!

    We stayed in Kaya Belek for a week. We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is fantastic, family friendly and very convenient place to stay. The staff are all so polite and professional. We spoke few time with Mr. Sefa Kaya who was a very polite and willing to help!In all honestly, me and my wife are so happy about our stay here. Everything is so perfect! The swiming pool, the beach facilities, and not to forget the delicious Turkish food served in their restaurant! The rooms are clean and tidy, and convenient. The hotel in generally a very quiet place to stay in.The kids did really enjoy their time, with plenty of activities that they were able to do.I definitely recommend visiting this resort and we’ll be coming again for sure!     There was a fight in the bar during the evening event and I felt unsecure and the security was slow to engage .
