    1. food is good and diverse but warm and cold, the food treys not get heated 2. Fruit is somber no melon grapes strawberries.3. Extra snacks scoop ice and regular ice screams not free.4. Orange juice 2€ small glass, no fresh milk 5. Communication is terrible employees hardly speak English l. a simply your welcome, goodmorning, evening, thank you, or what can I do for you. A smile on their faces is far to find. Maybe the management is to strict.6. The inside shop is a grumpy guy and to expensive with his stuff. Across the street 2 stores are cheaper bigger and better.7. Wellness is somber cold and dark. Inside nothing is heated or feel wellnes.The workers pretend to be doctors after you got a massage they know your body and upsell you to have more massages around 500€ 600 € . They also keep annoying you while you eat or enjoy the pool if you are their best friend. DONT GET YOUR MASSAGES THERE. there are tons of better and cheaper places to have a good comfy massage. 8. Repairs are cheap or just not finished 100%9. The hotel have potential to be 5 star if they stop be poor in the finishing touch. 10. Not a single employee get a plus with out a tip nothing extra will be done or remembered and do the extra mile to get another tip. Nobody was in the mood and happy that the season have started for them and make some money or keep the geast happy.11. Overal at the most 3 star and fine if you not aspect much from all inclusive.     Terrible Experience - Unsafe and Discriminatory Towards Non-Local Guests

    I spent 10 days at this hotel, and it was a complete disappointment. I was misled by the reviews, which are mostly written by local Turkish guests who are treated much better. They receive larger drinks at the bar, and their complaints are addressed immediately. The entire setup is designed for local guests, leaving international visitors neglected and frustrated.Room Quality: The only positive was the room, which was nicely designed and cleaned almost daily. It was comfortable and well-maintained, but that’s where the good experience ends. The mini-bar was a joke—upon arrival, there was only a single 1.5-liter bottle of water, and for the entire 10-day stay, nothing was replenished.Staff and Service: The staff were rude, tired, and didn’t speak English. They seemed overworked and constantly rotated between different jobs throughout the day. In the morning, you’d see them cleaning tables and washing dishes, then serving in the restaurant, and by night, some of them would be cleaning the pool area. The reception staff were just as unfriendly, with many not speaking English, and the attitude was unwelcoming. The pool bar staff were particularly unpleasant, constantly angry, and even shouting at customers. One bartender flirted shamelessly with female guests, including a member of my family, making her so uncomfortable that she refused to return to the bar. This same bartender would shout at male guests and refused simple requests like an extra glass or ice.Dining Experience: The restaurant was an absolute mess. Long lines, especially for dinner, meant waiting up to 30 minutes for food. Once you finally got your plate, the food was cold, tasteless, and lacked any variety. Finding a table was another ordeal, as the restaurant was overcrowded. The whole place was severely understaffed, and I felt sorry for the overworked employees.Facilities: The bar situation was abysmal. There was only one bar serving an overwhelming number of guests, leading to unbearably long lines. The drinks were tiny, and when I asked at reception about the terrace bar’s hours, no one seemed to know, and they didn’t care. The alcohol served was of incredibly poor quality, which makes sense since the hotel owner runs an alcohol production company—cutting costs at every corner.Swimming Pool Area: The pool area was unsafe, with several guests, including a child, slipping and falling. One child even hit their head, posing a serious safety risk. The area is a death trap, and nothing was done to improve safety after these incidents.Location: The location was fine—it was far from some attractions, but I was aware of that beforehand, so I won’t fault them for it.Value for Money: Absolutely not worth what I paid. Despite staying for 10 days, the service and experience were nowhere near what I expected for the price.Would I Recommend It?: Absolutely not. The hotel is too small to handle the number of guests, it’s severely understaffed, and the workers are treated terribly. The drinks are tiny, the alcohol is poor quality, and the food is inedible. The staff are rude, don’t speak English, and treat non-local guests poorly. The swimming pool area is dangerous, and the lack of basic amenities like proper mini-bar service was shocking.     the cleaner sneaks around the things and takes what she wants.

    Definitely wouldn't go again!cleans up and digs through our things and takes whatever the heart desires, it turns out that everything has to be put in the safe, including cosmetics and everything like that. Of course, no one can prove anything, but how can a cleaner in a 5-star hotel afford to rummage through things? about 800 euros were stolen from usmoney was taken from the wallet, the wallet was in the bag.cosmetics, but it's okay, the most painful thing is 2 gold chains and 3 earrings, he probably forgot to take the fourth earring in a hurry, the chains and earrings were in a wallet and the purse was in another purse.and in general, I wouldn't call all inclusive all inclusive because you have to pay for the internet in the room, you have to pay for the safe, we wanted to play tennis in the evening on the court, we asked if we could turn on the light for 30 min, we have to pay again 😅 this hotel does not correspond to 5 stars compared to others. be careful.     Duration of Stay: 16 DaysThe staff at Kiryibik were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our 16-day stay. However, several aspects of our experience left room for improvement.Management appears to be prioritizing cost-saving measures, which impacted various aspects of our stay. Despite the cleanliness of the hotel, the distance from the airport was inconvenient, making transportation challenging.The rooms were recently renovated and maintained a high standard of cleanliness, which was appreciated. However, the lack of variety in the food offerings was disappointing. Daily repetition and a limited selection, left much to be desired. Additionally, snacks were limited to hamburgers and fries, and the promised afternoon coffee with cake was substituted with dry old cookies.While the hotel advertises itself as a 5-star establishment, it falls short of this standard. The standout feature was undoubtedly the friendly staff, but other aspects, such as child-friendliness, were lacking. The presence of glass tables in the lobby, limited play spaces for children detracted from the overall experience. The mini club is very small and was almost all the time closed.Furthermore, the swimming pools were disproportionately small considering the number of rooms, and the beach amenities were outdated, with defective parasols and a worn-out terrace.In terms of value for money, the hotel did not meet expectations. The high price did not align with the quality of service provided. We also encountered resistance when requesting alternative food options for our stay, indicating a lack of flexibility from management.The spa facilities were underwhelming, with poor quality and service.     We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staffs were always motivated to help us.The food is very tasty, we really liked everything. And especially the food at the Malamati restaurant. Very tasty desserts.
