    Just came back from 7 days at this hotel, the food and drink choices were minimal but the staff who work within the hotel are some of the nicest people I have met and I have been going on holiday to turkey for many years. They cannot do enough for you. The rooms are basic have everything you need and the pool area is nice. A lot of reviews say avoid this hotel but for the price you cannot complain, I personally would recommend especially if you’re looking for nice and attentive staff members

    Avoid at all costs. From the moment we got to the hotel to check in in the very early hours we were met by the rudest receptionist ever - from his attitude on taking our details to giving us the wrong room & barging in the room to tell us it was wrong 10 minutes after we got in it! The food was inedible during the whole stay cold & unlabelled meaning you didn’t know what you were eating. The grill outside was filthy & all food was covered in flys The chicken was also not cooked properly & was still pink. I didn’t eat anything & the people in our party who did were made ill by itPlenty of sunbeds but half were brokenPoor choice of drinks Rooms dirtyI have been to a lot of different hotels in Turkey & this without a doubt is the worstPlease avoid if you want a nice, relaxing holiday in a clean, friendly environment & don’t want to be ill

    Thought my friend who I went with was going to die at this hotel severe food poisoning she spent 5 days in bed, doctor in this hole charged her €150 and then asked for €5.00 for a tip all he did was write a perception out and that was another €29.00 it's a nightmare hole, it's a dirty dump

    Location good. All inclusive was terrible and 3/4 of our group get food poison.Sewer smells in room... Cannot recommend.

    THIEFS,ASSAULTS AND FOOD POISONING

    I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, which not only failed to meet the promised 4-star standards but also completely ruined what should have been a special and memorable occasion—my 21st birthday.From the moment we arrived, we were met with unacceptable and distressing conditions:Upon arrival, the toilet in our room contained urine and feces—a truly disgusting welcome. The room had faulty electrics, which felt unsafe and unsuitable for a hotel claiming a high standard.Sewage smells were constant—from our balcony and even by the pool area.The shower ran cold in the morning and only warmed up in the afternoon, making it difficult to get ready comfortably each day.The buffet food was consistently cold, and shortly after eating there, my partner developed food poisoning, sickness, and diarrhoea. We suspect the buffet as the cause because multiple other guests nearby were also seen and heard vomiting.There was no entertainment provided throughout our stay, despite this being advertised.We discovered there was no minibar in the room, even though it was clearly listed in the room description.The on-site hairdresser mentioned in your listing was unavailable, forcing us to use one across the street who was unreliable and unprofessional.Your website also advertises a beachfront restaurant, yet we were never given access or information about it.We were shocked to find that money had gone missing from our room, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being in place. This is a serious issue and implies staff theft or gross negligence.When we raised these concerns with the staff, they often pretended not to understand English and refused to engage in resolving the problems. The manager even stated that none of the issues were their problem, which added to our distress.Several members of staff had a consistently rude and dismissive attitude, making the experience even more unpleasant.In addition, although the bar offered three free drinks, we were still expected to pay for additional drinks, which contradicts the impression given prior to booking.When taking a video of the lady who went in our room for the police the manager (who claimed he was the manager of the hotel he was called ugar became very aggressive and basically assaulted us and swore to find out that he wasn’t actually the manager a bloke named kadir is the real manager we asked to speak to him multiple times). Overall, this was not a 4-star experience—not even close. The condition of the hotel, the attitude of staff, and the serious health and safety concerns have not only caused us stress but have ruined what should have been a happy, celebratory holiday.
