Location

The hotel enjoys an ideal location less than a minute's walk from Kleopatra's Beach, to the west of the resort of Alanya. The resort's many shops and other attractions are roughly 1.5 km away and easily reached on foot or by public transport. Antalya airport is some 122 km from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 5 single rooms and 65 double rooms located in a 5-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. Check-in and check-out are easy at this hotel, which has a 24-hour reception desk and a lift. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a safe, a currency exchange service, a newspaper stand, a TV room, medical assistance, room service (for a fee) and a laundry service.     We arrived and were given a room two people couldn't walk around in together. No hot or even warm water for a shower had to have a cold shower.No beer at all and were told it was because of corona virus. Two ladies also arrived with us. Next morning they came down to reception carrying their shower cabinet door....I've never seen anything like it...the ladies didnt even have water let alone hot and the toilet didnt work....our tour rep moved us without question and told us another couple had moved out the day before. Dont book the place the bad reviews are accurate.

    All inclusive doesn't mean 2 types of food, everyday the same! They turn off electric energy during the day so you can't get cold water or any other drink. Beer was available just for 1 day and reason was ridiculous: Beer factory is not working because of Covid crisis. Drinks are served in small (Yeni Raki) glasses, and when you wanna get one more drink, looks like they get angry at you. There's no Fanta or Coca Cola, it's some low cost bad copy of it. We didn't get towels. Balcony door was not working and nobody cares if I have to bring all my valuable things (and all money) with us. When meal starts, employers first go to take food for themselves and then rest is for guests. They don't speak english. This hotel doesn't deserve 1 star. Disaster! We don't recommend it.

    Hotel is on very good location, across to the beach (Kleopatra). Very good staff in a hotel, they pick up our plates and glasses from breakfast, lunch and dinner. You dont need to work anything. For me that is too much 😁.Rooms are cleaning (every second day) and good. The view from balcony was wonferful. Food was delicious. So much vegetables and fruits. Easy food for sunny days. For me this is exellent low budget hotel. Who want more, only need is to pay more.

    We stayed at this hotel for a week.It is a good low budget all inclusive hotel with very helpful and friendly staff.Very good location.The beach is just on the other side of the road and the centre is about 10 mins walk.Nice,clean rooms.Free,fast wi-fi.We picked this all inclusive hotel to save money so we could spend more on the market and optional programs. :-D

    I can't quite understand the bad or worse reviews from the other customers. This is a low budget hotel with good All Inclusive, location is on the main beach and close to everything. You really get more than you paid for!Fast free wifi, fresh delicious food (Turkish) 3 times a day, very friendly and helpful staff, house cleaning every day, free well working air conditioning, hotel right next to Kleopatra (main) beach, silent rooms. All inclusive very reasonable price. Good coffee selection from the automatic (free) and hot tea all day. Soft drinks (Coca Cola, Fanta, Sprite) from the bottle, Efes beer cold from the tap, wines, some spirits available all day. Beds were comfortable. Warm shower all day and night.Only things I did not like was that the rooms were dated (but clean) and the pillow was quite hard for my taste (but slept well anyway because the bed was otherwise comfortable). The pool was on maintenance but I would not used it anyway as the beach is right across the road.
