Location

Around 1.5 km from the city centre of Alanya, this 5-storey hotel is just separated from the popular Cleopatra Beach by a promenade. The city of Antalya and the Antalya Airport are around 120 km away.

Facility

10 suites and 52 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.     All inclusive stay.The hotel is privately owned, not too big and with a good location.Suite (WC bidet was extra +) with marvelous sea view over Cleopatra beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) was very delicious and varied. We enjoyed our stay and we could certainly come back.

    In Turkey it were our first visit and we choose hotel CELINE with KLEOPATRA beach.Excellent hotel, quiet, friendly, clean, with very nice view, very delicious meal, perfect staff -> very heart and everything worked.we come back, thank you!

    Do not come here unless you want to feel harrassed and judged my friend and i visited here in september and as 2 young girls we felt very targeted of all sorts of uncomfortable behaviour. staff making unwanted advances on us and asking to meet us in dark secluded places and guests giving very weird looks and constantly staring. We were made to feel like zoo animals on display our entire trip and felt very unsafe and uncomfortable the whole timeBy lunchtime on our first day we had experienced multiple inappropriate comments from staff and guests, therefore did not feel safe to report it at all The food choice was very limited and poor quality. The hotel advertised a kids pool and a normal pool, only the normal pool exists and there is not a snack barWould not recommend, especially for young people wanting a budget friendly holiday

    Had a weeks stay and have to say the staff where very friendly, helpful and polite, food is nice but my daughter has had a stomach ache a few times but has been fine, the do have English options outside but it’s very only like 1/2 dishes. Everything is in walking distance shops, mini supermarket, beach is across the road but please be careful NOT to send your children across that road by themselves, they just honk, you also need water socks for the beach as the sand is like lava in August, overall I’m very pleased with the service I received at this hotel.
