Location

The hotel is located at Kleopatra beach. It is around 100 m from shops, around 500 m from the touristic centre and 1 km from the centre of Alanya, where guests will find discos and clubs. Alanya Castle, located 3 km from the hotel, sits on a rocky peninsula overlooking the Mediterranean. Mostly completed during the 13th century, the castle expanded during the 19th century to house numerous villas and is now home to an open air museum. Antalya is around 125 km away and Antalya Airport is around 120 km away.

Facility

53 suites and 133 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service.     The hotel has a great location, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The staff are friendly, polite, and always willing to help when needed. The service feels sincere and well-organized without being over the top.Overall, it is a comfortable and pleasant stay 🙌

    In April 2026 we stayed at Kleopatra Royal Palm for the second time. First time here 3 years ago was unplanned- we booked another hotel but it didn’t open and we were offered to stay at Kleopatra Royal Palm. We liked it so much that decided to choose it again for our and our parents’ holiday this year. What is important for us : the beach and the sea are a couple of minutes walk (and if you know the seaside in Alanya with all those big stones- the nearest place to swim was sandy); the food is fresh, diverse, and tasty; the rooms are spacious, many of them with a seaview ; the staff are all great people, very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a big territory with three pools, several water slides, and our favorite backyard with a garden (we have a little baby, and that turned out to be the best place for him to sleep during the day). Would I recommend Kleopatra Royal Palm? Sure 👍

    Me and my family have been here for the first time been here for 2 weeks now so far thw experience has been great food service amazing, the little bar through the entry of the gates called elvis bar is an amazing bar the man inside called elvis he is amazing gived me great service since I’ve been here he has the best deals, I have been to loads of bars but so far his cocktails have been my favourite his prices are also very affordable he is very nice when I come here just to talk and play games he is always kind and very chatty I would 100% recommend. Me and my family will be coming back to royal palm again very soon

    Under no circumstances don't stay at this hotel the worse hotel Ive ever stayed in a lot of things wrong , this place needs knocking down its run down, the reception is like you have stepped back in time, the food as no taste it’s the same every day and if your from uk you won’t be welcome , full of Norwegian people and while we stayed here a Norwegian dance school came in there trillions and put young kids in there own rooms I mean 7 years old to 10years old you can imagine the riot they were causing without adults as there wasn’t enough teachers and parents to control these kids it was mayhem and when I went down to complain at 11.30pm to the reception they came up but then it started again as soon as they went down and I found myself doing the hotels job and knocking on myself , there was no adults but as soon as I was arguing they appeared from nowhere and I found myself in a confrontation with the teachers if you can call them that absolutely destroyed the holiday , then the next day they were all looking at me the staff as if I was in the wrong what can I say but even if I was offered to stay here for free I wouldn’t TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
