    A neat and tidy place close to the sea

    A neat and tidy place close the cleopatra beach. Just good to stay for a week. Rooms are simple 1+0, not spacious, just bed and a couple of chests. Cozy balconies with plastic tables. A big swimming pool with comfy sunbeds is a plus. Breakfasts aren't outstanding. Water, coffee, and lemonade are always available and free of charge. A small shop is at hand just around the corner.     Great budget hotel, great friendly staff!

    I read reviews before going to this hotel, and lots of them were negative. I'm usually skeptical about reviews, as people have different priorities and requirements for hotels. So, I decided to give it a try. I was quite surprised to find out that a lot of what people said in their reviews was different. Maybe because the owners have changed in 2018. But the rooms are clean, the food is simple but great, authentic and fresh. The pool is clean. The distance to the beach is short enough (about 5-7 minutes walk). The management is great - the owners Serkan Bey and Bayram Bey are very friendly, always ready to help, and the chief manager, Ulviya, who speaks 3 different languages, is also very hospitable and can help with anything you need. Anyway, great impressions from the hotel. Definitely recommend to go there, especially if your budget is tight but you wanna enjoy the beauty of Turkey and Alanya!

    The most terrible hotel ever!

    In my opinion this isn't a hotel, just maximum a hostel. Deserves no star.First we got a room without warm water and without enough water pressure, we must stay there for one night and we had to argue with them long hours to get another not much better room.It was dirty everywhere, the food was horrible, we could't decide what we eat.Ants were around the tables and in the restaurant.The beer was warm and given in wine glass (max. 2 dl).The water in the pool was dirty, you cannot see throught.The elevator didn't has door, in the room the bathroom was disgusting, and 100 years old, the showers door was broken and was unusable, the room was dingy, the bed was broken, the mattress was very old, dirty and smelled.The stuff was unpolite.Don't believe the management photos, I don't know where were they taken.Just the photos taken by the travellers!

    J was in this hotel in summer 2012. It is nice, pleasant hotel with good location near beautiful beach, promenade and historical symbols. Friendly staff, lot"s of different delicious food.     Don't like it at all

    It is really hard for me to remember even the one thing that was good in this hotel. Anyway,my biggest impression was food,which was more than terrible. Third day of our stay I've got sick and didn't want to eat it anymore so we were spending our money on eating in restaurants( didn't even planned that because we booked all inclusive hotel!).I woudn't even let my dog to eat there.
